El Hijo de la Sol's theme tune, a catchy Mexican folk song blares from the PA system as he jogs down the isle slapping the hands of excited fans as he goes. He hits the ring, catapults himself over the top rope and does a few flips to demonstrate his athletic prowess before jumping up to the top turnbuckle and exuberantly throwing his arms into the air waiting for his first opponent to arrive . . .

After El Hijo enters the ring, the entire arena goes dark. A huge CAW goes up from the speakers, and the familiar call, "Quoth the Raven....nevermore."

Raven enters, arms wide just as a set of pyrotechnics explodes, throwing light across the dark arena. He slowly turns, and begins to walk down the ramp to the ring, slowly, confidantly. The audience booes him the whole way, but he doesn't care. He steps up on the turnbuckles and throws his arms up defianetly before jumping down.

The crowd explodes as Rips music comes to life. Rip strolls out from behind the curtain playing a patriotic colored guitar.About half way down the aisle he stops and gives the guitar to a lucky fan. moving to the opposite side of the aisle he removes his custom shades and gives them to another lucky fan.

Once in the ring he walks around the ring taunting his opponents and playing to the crown before ripping off his shirt and tossing it toward Raven.

The roof is blown off the arena as Venom's music blares. Dressed in colorful green, pink, blue, white and black Venom runs down the aisle and slides into the ring. He moves around each side of the ring giving out his trademark "Whoo!!!" to the fans who answer back excitedly.

Edit: Jumped the initiative order a bit. Sorry, just been itching to get into my matches.

El Hijo de la Sol attempts a flying body press on Venom. The high flying high risk Luchadore ups the exertion to 6 and drops the immediate pin attempt (if he hits the extra fatigue comes from whacking his head against the mat, which is why he rolls off immediately holding his head instead of going for the pin).

Modifiers: 1d6 damage (-1), exertion: 6 Fatigue (+3), prone self (+1), requires lifting (+1), stunning: self if missed (+1) Total Modifier: +5

Cam Wheeler: "And the match is off to a furious start as Venom whips El Hijo de la Sol into the ropes."

As El Hijo de la Sol bounces off the ropes Venom goes for a drop kick but the agile Luchadore does a baseball slide right underneath and Venom catches nothing but mat. A quick kip up and he's bouncing off the ropes on the other side of the ring and launching a plancha at Venom just as he regains he feet, unfortunately he botches the landing and his head impacts the mat. He rolls off holding his head.

Eddie Savage: "Ohhhhhhh yeaaaah! That had to hurt! Bad move by the rookie. I don't think he's going to recover!"

El Hijo de la Sol: 6 Fatigue, 1 Star Power, 0 Heat

Raven and Rumble go head to head, trading blow after blow. Raven knows he can't match Rumble punch for punch, and that's proved when he takes one, two, three punches. Rumble rears back for another blow, but Raven counters with a kick to the gut. He wraps an arm around Rumble's head and falls back, driving him head first into the matt.
