My apologies. I was very ill the last couple of days and had to cancel my classes and I was unable to get online. I'm doing better now, but I'm exhausted and weak. Now, let's get back to it.

We were either at 330000/475000 (slow), 220000/315000 (medium), or 145000/210000 (fast)... depending on how fast of an experience track WW wants.

So...I was going to use a spell to have a tree guardian follow us around. No need for a watch when we sleep, we can ford any river, and...it's a tree!

But then I go to thinking, why stop there? Why not Wood Shape a throne onto the top of it in the branches? But...it might be a bit slow getting up and down, so Wood Shaping a throne into the bottom would be awesome.

But! WHY STOP THERE? I could Wood Shape an entire, spiraling living area through this tree! A moving hotel tree!

BUT THEN I THOUGHT OF MORE! I make a balcony area on top of the tree (shielded by the branches above) and we could outfit this thing with siege weapons! We can rivet iron plates to it for extra shielding, have a douse spell prepared, have an area where spell casters could stay concealed in the tree, and then we lat siege on the Grey Prince! Put a cannon on top of that thing to take out walls and fortified positions while raining death from the tree. The tree can trample most normal ground units in our unstoppable raid!

But...subtlety could be a better idea...

Kudos on the siege tree idea. It's certainly the most creative idea involving a tree that I've heard as a dm.

Hey, Kenneth is fully capable of firing a cannon. I think he even gets a couple of bonuses! We're going to need to work on this idea of yours, Ever.

Ever I like this idea, and I could help Kenneth via juggling cannonballs till they are ready to be put in, or a catapult and just pulling the arm down instead of having to use a winch for it.
