"Davien Tide-Strider" Race: Hephite Human Age: 28 Birthdate: January 5th Description: see photo for reference. Standing 6 ft tall and always sporting a pearly white grin, Davien fancies himself a swashbuckling pirate and dresses the part. Bandana, loose garments of mismatched variety and a rapier hanging on the side of his belt are some of his more distinguishing features if his handsome charms haven't drawn you in yet to his almost scarless face. Close inspection will reveal that he has a tasteful knick near his right eyebrow. Character Applications Captain Myra Tavosh Name: Captain Myra “Stub-Tail” Tavosh Species: Felim Age: 33 High Concept: A Fuzzy Captain Without Her Ship Trouble: Tell Her More About Her Eyes Appearance: Everyone knows the rumors about Captain Myra Tavosh of The Leading Lady. She was a Felim of gracious beauty. Fur like freshly laid snow on a gentle winter eve, soft and sweet like the finest Sundraki silks. She had a smile that sparkled like the sea on starlit nights and eyes that glimmered like deep blue sapphires, stealing hearts just as easily as they cut proud men to their knees. She was a Felim of class and expensive taste, never seen in garb worth less than five gold. The more luxurious the material, the more likely she’ll have it in her clutches before the roosters let loose their first crow at dawn’s early light. The Runaway Princess Name: Zala'tna Species: Merfolk (Kon'ich High Princess) Age: 39 High Concept: The ex-coldhearted mermaid who got siren whammied by a human and came to... well, hate some of them considerably less.   Something really unfortunate happened to the heiress of the Kon'ich kingdom when she was young. Something no one could have predicted. Especially to a people so hostile as the Kon'ich. A tragedy of such profound proportions it should have been made into a play for some snobby nobles. As luck would have it though, her parents were none the wiser for the longest of times. Which gave Zala’tna free rain to do as she pleased in order to feed her obsession. Now, you might wonder... What could be so tragic for a Kon'ich as to be playwright worthy?! Well, ye see. One, high princess Zala’tna, firstborn to the king and queen of the Kon'ich, depended on to be the perfect queen for the next king, was, in fact siren whammied by a mere human! Gasp! Yes! You heard right! One evening young Zala’tna, as encouraged by her parents and royal advisors, was out at sea, exploring and spying on those wretched humans. For she needed to learn just how vile and useless creatures humans were. She had to have first-hand experience so she could revile them and wish their extermination from the bottom of her being, just like the rest of her kin. Unfortunately for her, her parents, and the entire Kon'ich kingdom, at that precise evening one very particular ship was at sea in that particular region. And at the deck of said ship one very particular maiden singing her sorrows to the moon and stars, juiced up on some nice rum. And poor, young Zala’tna didn’t even stand a chance. Wham! A few notes was all it took and she was hooked. Line and sinker! Pardon the pun. After that young Zala’tna got into the habit of coming out onto the surface. And roam about port towns all over in search of her siren. This went on for years and years. The princes grew up cunning with her need to keep this disastrous infatuation a secret from her parents. Her constant contact with humans during her surface escapades also changed her attitude towards them drastically. Well, to be fair, she still considered most of them the scum of the earth and in need of immediate disposal. But some, surprisingly, she showed considerable leniency. Alas, when she finally found her mysterious siren, it was only to lose her at the hands of her own people. A raiding party sent to disrupt shipping routes getting too close to Kon'ich territory. The king and queen never learned what happened to their daughter, the high princess. One day she simply... vanished! Never to be heard of again.
