Maybe something better than cure wounds? -Identify (knowledge domain) -Command (knowledge domain) -Bless -Healing Word -Cure Wounds --> Change to detect magic !! -Shield of faith (1x for The Door without spell slot and concentration) Cantrips that I have already: -Minor Illusion (Forest Gnome) -Light (cleric) -Guidance (cleric, conc.) -Resistance (cleric, conc.) --> Maybe should have taken Mending or Thaumaturgy Wizard Cantrip considered: For wizard choose mostly damage dealing ones because all the cantrips that I have already are utility/buffs. I thought about equipping a shield. However, for low levels light crossbow with 16 Dex is almost as efficient as attack cantrips, and I like crossbow shooting more than magic attacks. So stay with crossbow until level 5. With a crossbow, I'm free to choose cantrips that do more than pure damage. Also, I should have one attack-roll based Cantrip and one saving throw-based. Toll the Dead seems the best for damage and Fire Bolt second best, but both are straight damage only, which my crossbow can do, too (if magic resistance is not to overcome). Thus, -Mind Silver, save roll, debuff 1d4 -Chill Touch, attack roll, debuff prevent regeneration As third one, I thought about one of those in this priority: 1)Create bonfire, Dex save, concentration, area damage, fun 2)Mage Hand (but two of my companions had it.
