"It is deep, but I doubt it will be beyond an overnight journey. Once you hit a solid ground in a safe space, I'd use it rest. You can acquire the climbing equipment you need at either of the adventurer's guilds in the city, there is one in Clifftop and one in Deathsgate."
Finally she unfolds a piece of paper and hands it to you. "This map will take you to the base of Dorasharn Tower. Somewhere beyond the E-213 valve cluster, you will find a door sealed with the same make that is on Bonal's journal. Open the seal, and the tunnel will take you to the long forgotten levels where the foundry resides."

Taking the map, Darius nods and says "Plenty of time to get everything and make our way down. Let's go, the day is best spent accomplishing things." With that, Darius stands and bows to the lady, motioning for the others to get up and file out in front of him, making sure to be the last to go. "Do any of you know anything about the local guilds?" he asks as they exit.

Breaker stands and exits, saying simply "Not a thing. Let's just go to the nearest guild and buy what we need. Then make our way down."

Savrin wrinkles his nose in disgust. Fifty levels below the sewer system? Ugh! "I feel like I'm going to need a gas mask down there..." He mutters to himself, but the shifter doesn't appear to be having second thoughts at this stage. He gives a slight nod of his head to the d'Cannith lady, looking rather awkward in doing so, before following the others out of the inn.
"I try to spend as little time in this stinking city as possible," Savrin responds to Darius with a grumble. "I don't understand how people can enjoy living in such cramped, disgusting places..." He shakes his head. "Let's just head to the nearest one."

"I find plumbing to be one innovation that I can fully endorse. Mostly because it means I do not need to deal with... waste. This excursion... it makes me question things, like faith, and luck, and fate. However... ugh. Let's just get down there. Maybe they'll be exceptionally clean ancient tunnels."

The closest guild, both to you and your destination, is the Deathsgate guild. Hanging off of the northwestern edge of the city, this thick tower sits in the middle of a web of bridges that lead both to Northedge, and join with the massive funerary bridge that leads to the mausoleums of Haldan's Tomb. The entire district seems a bit grimer and a bit sootier that the rest of Sharn, but the vendors of the guild are just as energetic as anywhere else.

Breaker looks around for any place that might have the climbing gear they require. "Let us find the gear we need, and go downwards. I have the thought that the Lord of Blades has word, given that object that left the other 'forged. Judicious haste would serve us well if we are to secure our reward."

A rather grizzled looking Half-Orc is selling some climbing gear.
"You looking to go up the Northside cliffs? This stuff will help, it's 80 galifers each. 40 if you're a member in good standing with the guild though."

Darius nods his greetings and asks "Only for guild members, hm? Eighty galifers seems a bit steep for such things as these. I could probably find a better price wholesale considering the size of our party. After all, rope, grapnels, pitons. There's probably some blacksmiths in the lower levels who would be happy for such work." The soldier leans on the counter, his Rekkenmark class ring flashing in the sun, "I'm not some fool treasure hunter, I've had more occasion to use such equipment in battle than most of the "guild". So what's say we negotiate, hm?"

The orc doesn't seem too impressed.
"We all fought in the War you runt. Now If you want jank made by goblins be my guest, but those are fair prices. I have a small enough profit margin as it is." Make a bluff, intimidate or diplomacy check.

"You really are a high and might piece of work aren't you? You try to bully your way into a cheaper price by saying you're a real when almost every gorram member of this guild is an ex-solider and you're too cheap to pay 12 damned gold for the membership. Get the hell out of my face!"

Breaker shakes its head, as it considers grabbing the orc by the collar and lifting it up off the floor but then does some quick adding. "Why did you not say the price of joining was 12? Who do we speak with and what are the requirements?" it says to the orc, not so subtly moving Darius out of the way.

The half-Orc looks at the Warforged completely bug-eyed.
"Because most people are either part of the guild or ask when they enter the market instead of acting like some addle coved, hand twisted villain, demanding they get a better price than everyone else? Who is he, Kaius the First?" "You pay your dues? You help your fellow soliders of fortune? You're in. Go talk to Jumbo. He'll be easy to find, he's the fattest gnome you'll ever meet." "And he doesn't like arsefaces," he says, looking at Darius.
