Also, I was reading over the game thread, and Ned mentioned some "Bela" who apparently was the master of Bertram, the guy getting attacked right now. Has there been any prior mention of these two by anyone? Would we know anything about either of them?

Not as of yet, though after this little encounter I suggest you inquire. Betram has been minding his own business up to now though, eyeing the door as if waiting for someone.

My goodness, can noone spell B-e-r-t-r-a-m? I just find it funny that everyone has mispelled it so far in a different way. Anyways, working on the result now.

EDIT: also, why all the hate against him? He's only defending himself

EDIT2: Wow, look at those rolls. Thank god it was an NPC and not a PC that made those... I'd be so pissed if that happened to one of my PCs

A valid point, but who/what is noone?

Also, I just made the guy drop his weapon. If I thought the kid had any chance of winning the fight, I would have tried to disarm the kid. Just trying to keep anyone from maining each other until my character can work things out and enforce order.

You know, we wouldn't be spelling his name 5 different ways if you had spelled it all the same way in your post where you first mention him. You first spelled it Betram, then Bertram. So blame yourself on that one. Also, helm instead of help?

In my defense, my r key is dying, so that's why it said Betram instead of Bertram. And I have no excuse for helm/help .(seriously, that must have been an incredible autocorrect or something) But really, I was more noting that everyone mispelled it differently than anything else.

You healed all the damage Bertram did, but don't forget he was in bad shape walking into the bar. that wound left him staggered, and I'd imagine being bullrushed to the ground probably did another point of damage. He's concious, but far from healed.

Well,it's late afternoon, still time left in the day, but not alot. Lets say its about 4 P.M. right now, and the sun will set around 7. So you've got 3 hours of light left to do stuff, it's up to you if you want to blow that second spell or not.

If the kid doesn't need it, and I legitimiately think we might need my spells for serious stuff before next morning, no.

The kid is no longer bleeding severely, but he's still going to need either A: a good healing spell, or B: a surgeon. Luckily, there is a surgeon coming, but again it's up to you whether you want to heal him instantly and be a spell short for today, or leave him in the care of a surgeon and save your spell for a more possibly threatening situation.
