Kerrick, swearing under his breath, slices through the webbing to free himself, and moves over to assist Altor and Tabatha.

Tabatha still finds it difficult to finish off the injured spider. The spider gets angry, 5 Damage - poisoned DC12 FORTsinking it's fangs into her arm. The barely standing spider in front of Altor gives a meager attempt to attack her, easily avoided by the fighter. One more spider joins the fray and snaps harmlessly at Kerrick. The other two fire webbing at Keloryn and Ban.

Seeing yet another shot of webbing coming towards him, but focused on the action this time, Ban nimbly ducks under the incoming silk before straightening up, Gripping his holy symbol tightly he advances forward, muttering to himself under his breath as he does so, reaching his comrades he stops muttering and with a flourish of his hand casts spell of protection on Altor, proclaiming "Let the light shield you!" before returning his gaze to the spiders, wincing slightly noticing how close he had now come to them.

The high of combat was an intoxicating one for the young swordswoman. She was quickly seeing why her father adventured for so many years, while at the same time questioning why he ever retired. The spider before her was on it's last legs, the vermin so close to death's door she could taste it. Bringing her massive blade around for another swing, Altor aims to bisect the thing across it's disgusting head. But the savage blow she had dealt before still had an effect on the spider, and it staggered at the last minute, it's legs giving out as her blade came around. The look on Altor's face was one of shock and embarrassment as her sword cut empty air, the momentum of the heavy blade too much for her to halt and redirect.

Kerrick drops one of his daggers and draws his axe. He swings for the spider in front of him, but his timing is just off and the blade passes harmlessly in front of it.

Keloryn's spell looks magnificent. The colors glint and sparkle in the rays of light protruding through the limbs of the trees overhead. The spiders, however, seem not to notice. The rogue shakes off the effects of the spider venom, but begins to doubt her skills with the daggers. So many strikes against a wounded foe, how can they all miss? The spider misses her, as well. That's some consolation at least. Altor fares slightly worse, taking a 2 Damagescrape along her hand as her sword swings over a spider's head. The wound does Poisoned DC12 FORTburn, though.. Kerrick deftly dodges the fangs of a third spider. The other two fire webbing at Keloryn and Altor.

Readying himself for the next assault, Ban loses his footing for a moment and before he can regain his balance he is once again encased is web, tripping and falling to the ground, he struggles against the webbing attempting to slip free again but this time he is truly stuck and his struggles amount to nothing, grunting and writhing against the confines of the web he watches as his allies attempt to battle the spiders, hoping he can break free and aide them before anyone is badly injured.

"Iomedae take these damned things!" Altor cried out in frustration as another ball of webbing encased her body. Her rage fueled her as he shattered the webbing to ribbons, but these spiders were pushing her to death's door. They needed to regroup, they needed a plan. "Mage, please tell me you have something useful like that still up your sleeve?" She asked as she sized up the weakened spider before her, trying to get some semblance of hope on their side. "Maybe something with fire perhaps?"

Swearing under his breath, Kerrick redoubles his efforts to kill the spiders, but his anger gets the better of him again, as his axe whiffs through the air just in front of one of the nimble arachnids.

After receiving a jolt from the wizard, a spider turns and bites his arm. It hurts a little, but the burning from the poison is worrisome. Tabatha takes advantage of the distraction to stab the spider in the side. Surely it can't take much more of this beating... The other two spiders, frustrated by the webbing's lack of potency, move in and attack with their kin. However, they find their fangs to be equally ineffective.
