FlavourWill be light hearted, comically fun, yet have serious undertones, and an urgency to save the planet from annihilation.


Plot SummaryWhen a cosmic enemy threatens to destroy their world, brave heroes must do everything in their power to save it. This quest will take them across the teeming oceans of Wildspace to the silvery void of the Astral Sea and beyond. Along the way, they’ll make friends, encounter terrifying foes, and face one cliffhanger after another. Can they save their world before time runs out?

This adventure will allow you, the player(s), to navigate the Astral Plane on ships guided with magic known as spelljamming. The adventure will start with your character not having any prior knowledge to spelljamming - but that is about to change!

"Home of the stars and gateway to the heavens, the Astral Plane teems with excitement and possibility. With the help of magic, spelljammers can cross the oceans of Wildspace, ply the silvery void known as the Astral Sea, and hop between worlds of the D&D multiverse."


Additional Allowed SourcesRequests outside of the below sources will be denied. Everything in listed materials is allowed.

6 New Spelljammer races.
-Astral Elves
-Giff (Bipedal Hippos)
-Thri-Kreen (Insectoid/Praying Mantic-like humanoids)
-Autognomes (Robot Gnomes)
-Hadozee (Simian-like humanoids with wings)
-Plasmoids (Humanoid slimes)

Almost anything from this page. Not Allowed: Lineages, Eberron races, Ravnica races (Loxodon ARE allowed), Verdan, Locathah & Grungs

Game InformationPosting rate: I will post when each player does. Not too strict on this, but would hope to see 1-2 posts from players a week, minimum.

Level 5-8 for module, will continue after its completion.

Backstory: If you are playing one of the 6 new races, you are from the Rock of Bral. You travelled to Faerun on Toril, to the Island of Nimbral, one of the spelljammer ports, and few places on Faerun where spelljamming is known. There is a spelljamming academy there, but your reasons for going there can be whatever you like.

Tasha's and XGE don't have racial rules. Are you thinking PHB races only? I assume PHB not being a listed source is an oversight?

See list of approved races above. All officially published races are allowed.

PHB is a given of course, SJ, Tasha's and XGE are additional sources allowed for subclasses/feats/spells. I'll add it to the list to avoid confusion.

EDIT: Expanded the list of allowed races.

I have an interest in making a Thri-Kreen Ranger, and wanted to ask if chakrams or chatkcha (thri-kreen chakrams basically) are allowed. If not, then I can just make it a super archer (longbow in main hands, dual wield hand crossbows in secondary hands).

Chakrams are fine.

You can wield as many weapons as you want to, just keep in mind a few things;

1. Two weapon fighting style RAW means that if you have 3 weapons, you do not gain the advantage, regardless of the races ability to do so. It also only works with melee weapons.

2. At 5th level you get an attack (longbow), a bonus action (Once a turn, hand crossbow), and an extra attack (longbow or hand crossbow). So that third hand crossbow will likely never get fired in a fight, unless you are willing to sacrifice damage for flavor. Which I am of course okay with.
