@all - If you read much of Pathfinder, you'll see that a new book called ultimate magic came out last week. There's a new class called a Magus and several new archetypes for the existing classes. If any of you would like to adopt any of the archetypes, pick up new feats, skills, or spells from this book, please let me know.

Lol, I already got it, and love it. Too bad I'm playing a rogue right now, but when I take sorcerer levels...

It probably won't be, yet - they usually give it a few days.

The more I read it, the more I think it's a must have. Very cool stuff; Pathfinder seems to offer an unending barrage of options for the first level character. I feel like I should be paid for that statement...

Hrm, Magus. How does that new class work? I might just look into it to see if Witch gets any new options, even if I personally find it's a very solid class that I've always wanted to play in 3.5 but never could because it wasn't there...

@Tarot - For the witch, you've got a bunch of new hexes, alternative patron themes, and different archetypes like Beast-bonded, Gravewalker, Hedge Witch, and Sea Witch
As for the Magus - it blends martial power and spells. One cool thing he gets is an arcane pool, which he can use to buff his weapon, add magical properties to it, and such. Definitely a battle-mage. @Cuross - did you check out the "masterpieces" for the Bard? There are also new archetypes like Animal speaker, sound striker, and Geisha. |

Personally, I really like some of the new alchemist archetypes. Between that and gunslinger in Ultimate Combat, it shouldn't be long before Pathfinder can easily handle steampunk games without a bunch of GM work.

I feel like this is Order of the Stick. We run with Elan while you run with Nale. In which case Tarot is my rival.
