More to come fleshing out the kinks and waiting DM rulings on some things Last edited by Clawsome; Jan 23rd, 2025 at 11:55 PM. |

Questions: For those much better with the rules and rulings of the past?
1. When a class power or curse says you get X at first , Y at 5th level and Z at 9th level. Is that class or character levels? Example Oracle curse immune to fatigue at 5th but curse is given at 1st level. So alot are saying one level dip in Oracle gives you immunity to fatigue at 5th level character level? 2. If some effect states use once per round, that the whole round i.e. multi attacks or just one attack with effect, or does it specifically have to say all attacks. These questions effect which powers, feats etc that I am looking at. Thanks |

1. It means class levels rather than character levels for oracle curses and such. Unless you prestige or take levels in a class that stacks.
2. If an effect states "once per round," it generally means you can only use that effect once during your entire turn, regardless of how many attacks you make (multi-attack included), unless the description specifically mentions "all attacks" or something similar. My hot take.

No problem! It can be tricky to determine how some mechanics work. I opt for the simplest route.

@SoftEmbers: You lay out an ambitious campaign and an intriguing world. I'd like to take a stab at an app.
The distant inspiration was the leprous crusader knight order of history, but given the superior healing powers of a magical world, some more serious malady would be necessary to provide the same effect.

I know it's 3.5 rather than Pathfinder, but would you allow use of the Mindsight Feat?
I just think it would fit Theo quite well. |

I'm cool with Mindsight.

@SoftEmbers: App should be done for now, but any comments or suggestions welcome!

Those last two applications are significantly stronger than the previous ones. Would you prefer the others be scaled up or those two to be scaled down? Or both?
