[Announcement] In Character Posting Format

One thing I've found jarring in PbP games is the rampant changes in formating between some players' posts. It'd be really cool if we could keep it more or less to a standard (if someone really strongly disagrees, I'm all for open discussion on the matter). A format I've seen used to great effect is as follows:

Catching sight of one of the demon-worshiping gnolls moving to cut of his escape, Joe drops the idol to the floor and circles around to find a clear shot. Slinging his shortbow off of his shoulder, Attack: 24 Damage: 10he knocks an arrow and lets fly at the mangy hyena man.
