Now that I'm on top of the snow once more, I added one last timely post to the archived first thread. I'll be reading and contributing to the current post this evening. Sorry for the delay. I hope we'll all add it to the ranger's quiet, brooding character rather than the player's delays.

Okay. I've thrown in a post: Rogan's recommendation of reconnaissance before a charge. Let me know how that grabs you. If no one's for it, Rogan's not going to argue the point. ...just look for an opportunity to live long enough to say "I told you so" if things aren't as easy as a straight ride in.

@Rohor, I hope you don't mind that I post now. I've noticed games flow more smoothly if PC's post for the round and the DM puts the posts in initiative order. Both parties just have to keep in mind where their place is, and write accordingly as much as possible.

Hi, sorry for not posting over the last few days. Currently posting at work so I can't spend too long. I was meaning to continue the posts around Thursday but I came home to find out that our Internet service was down and we were the target of an ant invasion as well. On Friday we phoned our ISP and they told us there's no problem on their end - turns out that our exchange point was down, so I spent the entire weekend without internet access. Our neighbours had only recently got their internet connection reestablished. Hopefully by the time I come home from work today I can access the internet and get the post up (and come home without ants invading), otherwise I might have to start posting from work temporarily...

Really sorry about this and sorry for not posting sooner when possible when I realised that it was a bigger issue.

Update from work - we're still without internet access although part of our street has got it. Our neighbour across the road yesterday managed to get an internet connection then it dropped out. They have called someone to check out the exchange point yesterday so hoping some progress is made.
