I don't know why, but for some reason I have trouble picturing dwarves using the title "doctor". Now if it were DR. Pibb and MR. Pepper, that would strike me as very gnomish and dwarven. But yes, gnomes would suck up anything in neon colors, preferably high caffeine too.

I don't imagine gnomes having brand name sodas. They would probably use their Prestidigitation powers to make themselves a unique drink, which they would swear is a million times better than anyone else's, although only gnomes have a sensitive enough sense of taste to tell the difference between most of these concoctions.
