[Mechanics] Character Creation Rules

No magic/psionics -- yet.

• Ability Scores - use Pathfinder's Point Buy 25 ruleset or d20 Modern's Point Buy 30 ruleset.
• Acceptable Age: 16 to 39
• While we'll use Wealth, choose any equipment which you think the academy
• Choose a rank between a Student and a Master.
• Starting Level: 3
• Your character should've ended up somehow in Las Vegas. Up to you how, and up to you when. This is where the MIC headquarters are. It's a good idea to have lived somewhere nearby, if you're holding a rank of a Master, because... Well... You wouldn't be travelling 1000 miles to get to work, right?
• Full HP
• Not very character creation related, but, the starting date is 2013-08-20, in the setting where normal people have never heard that things like monsters did exist. Your characters are also not aware why are these monsters attacking. Only the high command in the company does know that.

Modern also uses the 25 point buy. I just want to clarify we are rolling D20 Modern characters, not some spin on Pathfinder, because I have no material on Pathfinder :X

The reason why I mentioned Pathfinder Point Buy, because with it you get more balanced scores than with D&D3.5/d20 Modern's Point Buy.

Can I ditch Simple Weapon Proficiency and pick up attentive? It was originally in the build but I wanted so extra armor so I needed the feat.

Keep the Simple Weapon Proficiency as a bonus feat, as a gift from the DM. Jason gets a bonus feat as well then.

Yay! I really need attentive with the fast hero build. I had to take one of my skills as an out of class skill, but I am pretty happy with the build.

If you don't mind give the sheet a quick check and make sure I didn't miss anything. I will work on his apartment etc. in his history, but I can tell you he doesn't own a car, but he can drive very well.

What exactly do you mean by "Undercover Shirt" in there? Not that it makes a really huge of a thing, but... What is it?

And... The sheet looks good otherwise. I like the AC.
