The Bizarre Bazaar
Some of the stranger hauls could be found in the bazaar as well. Magical and non magical oddities. For the most part the Bazaar didn't have the magic shops that the mainland or even the larger ports did, but the items could be found. Shopping in the bazaar required a firm hand on ones purse, and a willingness to haggle, even sometimes barter. The oddities could be found actually in the bazaar, but for the goods, the tents just showed a sampling. The actual transaction of the goods would be happening ship to ship. It meant that examining the individual food items was rarely done, but it all was based on the deal and the trust of the merchant. Or the lack thereof. Some of the more expensive items, however, could be found in the bazaar, as could the things grown or raised by the poorer who lived upon the cove. The smells of the bazaar were strong as well. Local bakers wishing to sell their meatcakes to the sailors who had gone for weeks without decent food.

There are lots of different spices to be seen here. Most are just samples, as most would be selling their spices, such as sugar, in bulk from ship to ship, but the rarer spices, the ones that add the most flavor, that cannot be found in bulk, are actually sold here.
Flick knew some of the locals and was able to find the various spices that he wanted. As Jaala looked about, she even noticed that in other parts of the Bazaar were some dealers of more "unique" items, perhaps even carrying the magical items she was hoping for. Eventually, as Flick and Jaala had been collecting the various spices they had hoped to find for their own personal usage, they noticed Keveran and Morgan coming into the Bazaar. As Morgan looked around the Bazaar, she didn't see a tailor exactly, but she did see some dealers of clothing. Perhaps some would suit her needs.

Morgan was tired of the ragged clothes she'd been forced to wear, and so far had not located her previous attire. What's more she had enough money to buy several new outfits, and one thing she hadn't had before being pressganged into service on the Wormwood; a place to store them. So she was looking for several outfits, easy to move in, with extra pockets if possible (pockets were always useful for a woman in her line of work), light and breathy, but with a heavier coat or jacket for when it was extra chilly. And a hat. She thought a unique hat would be a good way to complete her look, something easily recognizable and not like one anyone else would be wearing.

Morgan finds a couple of people that have clothes that fit her that all together fit what she want for a total of 75 gold. It consists of three "outfits". One, an every day ships outfit. A second one, with a warmer jacket, and two different and unique hats, and finally multiple pouches and pockets for what she needs. Most of the cost (30 gold of it) is the two hats.

Morgan, sporting a brand new outfit, with more in a satchel over her shoulder, smiled when Jaala approached with her question, but then shook her head, "I don't know that **** yet." She admitted. "But if you helped me find the spell, I could cast it for you a few times; no charge, of course."

Kevaran took his time wandering the shops of the Bazaar, primarily keeping to the food vendors while keeping an eye out for ship supplies, though for the moment he contented himself with purchasing the things he had wrote down on his list while still on the shoreboat. He looked for the best offers, and used the most of his halfling charm to haggle over deals, hoping to outfit the Wormwood, if not properly, at least well enough until their first haul.

The shopping takes the rest of the day, and by the time the sun begins to set, you are all tired. Wandering around the Bazaar takes more energy out of you than you would like. Thomas might have already returned to the wormwood, you dont know. If you head back to the wormwood, let me know and I will begin the reposting in that thread.

"Yeah, we can split that ****." Morgan assured Jaala before heading back to the ship with the others.
