Selte the wolf closes you lunges at you fangs bared, but misses his bite. It now stands there before you growling and snapping its jaws.

Selte lets out an undignified yelp as the bite almost gets him, backing into the corner. His mind is quick enough not to waste a spell though and he calls out "Shen! Draw them in!"

He then gets ready to unleash flame once the third wolf gets within range!

ooc Five foot step up to the corner, in the assumption that Shen (who also said he was in the room) is standing a square below the door. I then ready an action until all three are within range of burning hands. Concentration to cast without drawing an AoO. DC 17 for 1/2. Selte, as the one wolf rushes past to attack Shen, you let loose your burning hands but the two closes to you are able to dodge the bulk of the attack only taking minimal damage, but the third wolf took the full blunt of the attack.
Shen as the wolf rushes to you, having to dodge the blazing attack, its jaws fall short of you.

Selte only then realises these aren't just generic zombie wolves, "Thanks for the warning! I would prefer to avoid bites on general principle though!" but that should be my job, yeah? I am the scholar here...

Gathering his wits he notes the wolves details, running back through his training for other details.

As a wolf approaches again he throws up his hands and blasts yet again, wincing as he realises how poorly he was prepared for a combat mission. He really should have put off going on a mission until the next day, but hindsight is 20/20.

With the crowd in the corner the third wolf is able to get in to attack so it stays back waiting for an opening. Selte casting another round of burning hands you strike all three of the wolves full on killing the one that stayed back.

Shen after the attack of fire one of the wolves attempt to bite you again but is unable to sink its teeth into your leg.

OOC I switched your tokens around so that Shen has the fighter and Selte the caster. Shen unfortunately you are in the path of the cone for the burning hands so you also need to make a reflex save

ooc Sorry, I misjudged the squares and never intended to hit Shen. If I start the cone to the south west square I can still hit two, including the one who died, but not the one south of shen. Can I go for that instead?

Sick of getting snapped at whenever he tries to focus, Selte moves back into the hallway then turns around and makes his hand glow with flame, "Duck!" he cries, launching a bolt of fire over his new friend at the wolf on the other side of him.

OOC Jumping the gun just abit, need to finish the round before you make your next attack. Shen rolled a pretty sweet one last night, just need him to post it so we can move on

Shen your blade cuts clean through the ghoulish wolf splitting it nearly in half, leaving just 1 wolf left.
