Selte moves down the corridor until it turns, then moves down there till it turns right. They would be very lost if this continues so randomly... He pulls out a bit of parchment, drawing the turns as well as he can as they go.

Spotting the door in the distance they head toward it but he gestures at the open side passage "Best clear open areas first, so we don't get surrounded." he comments sagely.

He then continues to move, until they turn yet again, facing a large chamber...
Dice perception:
1d20+3 (7)+3 Total = 10
oocI suggest using GIMP. Its free, and lets you set up Layers. If you put the map itself on the base layer, then you can put tokens of us on the next higher one and move them whenever you want to update. You can then put a third layer of Darkness to cover the bits of the map we haven't seen, cutting out areas we have seen to reveal them.

Its pretty easy to learn, I find.

OOC actually I do have gimp, honestly don't care for it much. I have multiple different programs I use, including one call maptool that does also use tokens. I just need to reload it on my new laptop. Should have mentioned you are in the lower room with stairs not the upper corner. But from your post it looks like you were able to figure that out


Going down the left corridor you find the it makes a sudden right turn followed by an immediate left were you can either go straight or hang another right. All along the walls are more of these glowing crystals lighting the way as well as in wall tombs that go three high and have the names of those with in.

Sneaking around this corridor you find one hall turns back on itself ending in a dead end, walking down the alternate path you find that it opens into another large room lined with stone tombs and more in wall tombs as well. Looking around this room you find evidence that someone has preyed open a few of the stone tombs.

"Alright Red, I'm going to nudge open the first tomb with my greatsword. Be ready." Shen makes a quick look at Selteto ensure he's ready, and seeing that he's preparing some sort of spell, goes ahead and approaches the first tomb and pushes it open with his greatsword.

Using your sword as leverage you mange after several good pushes to push it to the side, but doing so cause a loud noise as the two stone surfaces grind on each other. With the stone top pushed far enough over you are able to peer into the sarcophagus. Inside you find a decayed body that judging from its basic appearance would have been a dwarf in life. The clothing it wears sea to have been of fine quality, old but only slightly worn. The sarcophagus must have been sealed well enough to protect the garments. The body seems to be whole but its impossible to tell if anything had been removed.

'Red' sighs gratefully as nothing comes from the grave, and approaches to assist in grinding the thing back on top of the grave. Once back in place he assists with resettling the other. He then takes a moment to run a hand along the seam of the two graves, the cracked stone shimmering as it seals once more, the luster of the stone returning until the entire thing looks good as new.

He shuffles his feet at the look from Shen, "Hey, they are supposed to 'rest in peace' right? I wouldn't want someone staring at my dessicated remains..." which is why I intend to be cremated, he thinks quietly.

Approaching the door in the room he uses magickal sight to check for Knock spells or traps, while gesturing Shen over to check if it had been tampered with. He tries to note such things himself, but is too distracted trying not to catch Shen's eyes.
oocJust using Mending to repair them. Yay cantrips.

Detect Magic on the door.

Approaching the door in the far side of the room, you examine the door and determine that there is no magic cast upon it, and there is no lock on the door.

Shen looks at hte remains of the Dwarf. "Glad to see you are resting master Dwarf" he says to himself. Shen turns to Selte, "Red, give me a hand in putting the tops of the tombs in place. The deserve to rest in piece."

Once done Shen looks at the red headed mage in pleasant surprise as he mends the tombs together. "He might talk to much, but I'm starting to like the guy".

He follows Selte to the door and notices there isn't a lock on it. "There's no lock on the door Red". As Selte is working his magic,

Shen looks for any type of tampering with the door.

A complete examination of the door shows nothing unusual. Opening the door you find that it leads to a small room that looks to be set up for worship, a table with a small shrine and some old pillows to kneel on.

Selte sighs then gives Shen a wry look "This is a little anticlimactic so far. Still, as taht means we have yet to be attacked by walking abominations, it is hard to argue."

After a quick scan of the room for magical resonance, he turns around, "Lets try that other door now then?" before heading out and checking the unopened door to their right for magical imprints before nodding to Shen. He doesn't bother gathering his magic this time...
