Just a few questions.
1) Languages. I would assume the pathfinder ones, but it's modern day. So, English, french, ect.?
2) For health. Roll, average, or max?
3) Weather downgrade, or uplift, do they count as the human template, or something else?

Question for me as well: Did animals get different stats than humanoid characters to start with? You said they would be faster and get bonus physical traits in return for not having opposable dewclaws or fancy equipment.

That might be size adjustment bonuses per se, but a fair question about what you want us to use for any stat adjustments for animals.

HP is maxed for level 1, halved(truncate it) for level 2. Languages are modern, but the INT is obviously only a limit. You can totally add things like Legalese or Klingon as languages.

The Squirrel and Fennec will use this one:

 

+2 DEX, CHA, -2 CON
+2 Perception, Stealth. Perception is class skill for the fennec, Stealth for the Squirrel.
Scent, Low-Light Vision
+1 Reflex
Scramble: +4 to Acrobatics checks to ignore rough terrain.

 

+2 STR, WIS, -2 INT Stats increase with level.
+2 Perception, Sense Motive. Perception is class skill.
Medium size, Speed 35. Size increases with level.
Scent
+1 Natural AC. Natural AC increases with level.
Quadrupedal: 1.5x Carrying capacity, +2CMD vs. Trip/Bull rush. Can't use thumb things.
Nom: Unarmed strike deals 1d4 PRC damage.

 

+2 DEX, INT, -2 STR Stats increase with level.
+2 Bluff, Sense Motive. Bluff is class skill.
Tiny size, Speed 25. Size increases with level.
Scent, Low-Light Vision
+1 Reflex. Reflex increases with level.
Quadrupedal: 1.5x Carrying capacity, +2CMD vs. Trip/Bull rush. Can't use thumb things.
Slash: Unarmed strike deals 1d3 SLA damage.

Okay, I got my feats/hexes, just have to tweak my wishlist, and ask about languages.

I assume I speak 'cat' or animal or something, should 'common/english' count as a learning language or an auto language? Otherwise I apparently picked up German, French, and Spanish while I was reading cards - all those books were written in quite a few things. Maybe I should switch German for Latin?

Just got to select starting spells and peachy.

So would Jive, Gang Signs, C++, and so forth. All sorts of languages.
