Cleo would probably think more about the collar than the clothing. She really hated her collar. There were specific outfits that her owners put her in that she hated, but she didn't hate clothing as a whole....but it also wasn't her natural state. So clothing is kinda a "*shrug* whatever" but collars are......

Considering the fact he's just as apt to lift a leg and clean himself, it's not like he has much room to judge. If it works, it works!

I'll let it develop as it may. I'm HEAVILY considering it, though. Somebody with a decent Charisma score could "act" as her owner, and show how obedient/trained she is.
