Just a quick note Blue, Morgan can give you a re-roll on your Knowledge History check if you'd like. You'd have to take the result of the re-roll if it were worse though.

Right then, I've spoken to Sedracus and he's confirmed with me that he doesn't think he'll be able to really get back into RPing Amandus. As a result (and because Jecks is MIA with Watcher only coming on every few weeks/months), I'm going to start looking for one or two new players. I'll start NPCing Amandus now and will knock off a PM to Watcher to the same effect as my conversation with Sedracus and see what's happening with him. Either way, I'll be looking for a way to sideline the two of them sometime soon, possibly to make way for the new players. I may also sideline Jecks' character or simply kill him off as a victim or agent of the enemy.

Anyway, I have no intention of starting a recruitment thread and will instead be inviting people to apply (or simply inviting someone to join). If you have any suggestions or know someone you might be available/interested, feel free to ask them and link them here/to me.

Sorry to continue the trend, but I've had the last handful of days to think about my situation and have taken a realistic look at what I can, and can't, manage with things as they are for the foreseeable future. Unfortunately, I don't feel I can maintain the posting required, and have to regretfully bow out from the game.

As enjoyable as Syltar is, as well as RPing with all of you, sadly my schooling takes priority - and things only seem to be getting busier, as with the final year, we are receiving roughly double the amount of work from last year.

So thank you for the many months of excellent RPing, and I hope the story continues - as I can promise I will read it every time I am able to grab a minute to log onto the board and check the progress.

Well I suppose you can toss Amandus by having him do something to piss off Vulcar and get his mind wiped and sidelined (It even gives the possibility of Sedracus coming back or using him as an NPC), comments about banging his great great great grandmother might work .

LordSoul's Argyl. A quick skim of his background says you could have him turning up unrelated information about his true parents and requesting his memory be wiped/altered so he can go save/meet to them.

Sorrian works well as an NPC since he's already part of "the establishment".

Syltar is a little more difficult. You could NPC him for a while until you wind up with a plausible reason to kill him off. I'm thinking when we head to find the Tyyrykan Lekan Alyyryk in a country currently in the middle of a war you'll have plenty of angles to come from in order to kill him off. (And you wonder why I have difficulty getting the spelling right, how the HELL would you pronounce these names you come up with?)
The problem is that killing him off could cause more problems for us the PCs than just shuffling him off (note his cousin and family have the resources and drive to investigate very thoroughly) but that could be fun too.

Argyl isn't around anymore anyway, so we don't need to worry about him. He dissapeared so early ther wasn't really much point in continuing to NPC him.
