I usually do it to introduce the character when I provide the description for them. If you want to put it in every post then that's fine so long as you spoiler button it ([ spoilerbutton=picture]picture[ /spoilerbutton]) for the sake of space.

LordSoul: with the induction of Watcher's Syltar Dragonblaze, the group actually have an even more connected/knowledgeable noble. Didina is (or rather, was) on the outskirts of Halvan Nobility whereas Syltar is the cousin of Aiden Dragonblaze, a member of the High Council. Even if he weren't so closely related to the Dragonblaze's head he would likely (or at least be expected to) be very well connected within Halvan nobility simply by being a Dragonblaze.
