Finally, the announcement is online (real life delay, my apologies) but nevertheless; CONGRATS to The Rat Queen!!!!
To quote Drachenspirit:

Due to two players leaving the adventure The Rat Queen's character was forced to step into the role of Captain, a role the character has never had eyes on, nor did the player want or conceived of happening.
