No, they aren't. It's kind of a moot point anyway, since they advance at a pace predetermined by me.

Yup, standard values only - one hp or one skill point per level.

Aye, I got why you asked... But you don't NECESSARILY want these skills to increase Some of you do. Some of you don't.

Speaking of rolls... are we doing the standard: a 1 is a miss and a 20 is a hit? Or will we be following it up with crit confirmation roles?

For PbP, IMO, it tends to go faster without having to confirm 20's. However, confirming them IS the normal rule. And everyone treats 1's different, so am curious of your take on it, Carthage

I will be using the critical hit and critical fumble decks by paizo for interesting results! I do want you to confirm 20's, but the way this happens is as follows:

1. Narratively describe your character's actions
2. In a spoilered OOC fieldset, list your actions according to the rules
3. Make your attack and damage rolls
4. If you roll a critical threat, go back and edit that post to add critical confirmation. EDIT: Don't roll crit damage. I draw that from the deck.
5. If you accidentally edit your original ROLL, I'll make you do the whole lot again just for safety's sake
6. Once you've made your rolls, I will describe results
