Typical dnd gods?
Might make radical cleric like character. Pathfinder is new to me, will have to go thru srd. Figure it's very similar to 3.5.

Humanity worships the "All Father", the normal Pathfinder pantheon are considered his "Saints" (Aka: Saint Erastil, Saint Shelyn, etc..) the other races follow their racial pantheons.

As for Bejan bonuses, here are ideas so far.
Personal Options:
1: +1 to attack and damage rolls with a longbow/shortbow. Increases by +1 every 4 levels to a max of +5 at level 17. (Automatic Proficiency)
2: +2 to either Profession (Sailor) or Swim, and it becomes a class skill.
3: (Open to suggestions for more options)

Colony:
1: Ships from Beja will take 6 weeks to arrive, other kingdoms will take 7+1/2 or 8 weeks to arrive.
2: All colonists gain automatic proficiency with the shortbow and longbow. +1 to attack and damage rolls.

Might also be interesting to have a drawback with some.

For example for Beja could do something along the lines of religious strife, to show the groups leaving England due to religious turmoil, or something to do with Impressment? Or perhaps a minus on international relations since England was looked down upon for not getting into the colonial game earlier, its various civil wars, and its move away from Catholicism. That could bring some interesting dynamics into the groups as well.

I would do two benefits and one drawback for personal options as well as Colony options.

Well, each character should also has Trait to show his education, family or upbringing.
So, there are Character traits and Colony traits as well.
