Oh, right. There are still a couple things I need to rectify with it, but thanks for pointing that out.

Hey everyone. Sorry I'm so late to the party; I've been out of state the past couple of days visiting an old friend and, as hard as I tried to belly-up to a computer and check on the application process, I just couldn't find the time (again, that whole real-life getting in the way of gaming scenario). I'm very flattered to have been selected for the team, and I plan on wrapping up my character sheet by tomorrow afternoon.
On a related note, I have a question about Alternative Racial Traits. I'm not sure if your familiar with them Skyler, but in the back of the first installment of the "Council of Thieves" adventure path it lists a number of alternative abilities for tieflings, aside from their darkness ability. I was wondering if I might select an ability from that list that better suited my naive, fiend-blooded wizard. If this presents a problem don't hesitate to say no. |

Well seeing as I'm applying for Council of Thieves I do I have read the player's guide.
And I do hope I know what the A.R.T. are considering that my other campaign uses them to represent various races. So go right ahead. Of course next time check the character creation. I specifically address Alt. Racial Traits. You may also use the player's guide of the Council of Thieves adventure path for features for you're tiefling.

Speaking of which, I think I got confused about what racial traits are. I selected "Hardy" as my racial trait from being adopted, which is a racial thingy that dwarves get. But that's not how it works, right? Like, I couldn't select darkvision either? I should select another trait. We have done combat or anything so it shouldn't matter yet.

I'm back. I think that was my actual last trip.
Edit: Um, Toasty, it was just said that you can't get a Human bonus feat from the Adopted racial trait. In fact, you don't get any racial feature. You get the chance for racial traits. Last edited by Legomaster00156; Jul 29th, 2011 at 06:18 PM. |

Huh. Elsie's kind of a bitch. I guess making charisma the dump stat can do that to you.

Never, ever make Charisma a dump stat. It's a lesson I've learned in my time gaming. Social skills are broken. Take advantage of them.

Heh. I think I'll make do; most of my skills are currently invested in charisma-related skills, so I've got a +3 in a lot of things. I know it's not as great as a +8, but hey, I never claimed to be the face. I just thought making a rogue that for once wasn't charming and witty would provide a fresh change.
I'll probably be cross-classing to a caster class in the future, especially since I have a fellow backstabber in my midst. Witch might be fun to try out... That's intelligence-based, right? Last edited by Gunslinger 19; Jul 31st, 2011 at 09:29 AM. |

So, we'll have two spellcasting rogues of slightly different venues. Fun.
