Hi everybody. And Macross did say that both parties are in parallel universes, so all of this stuff about blue team owning silver team is all ridiculous.

Silver team will, of course, eventually kick blue team's ass, after we learn to casually stride across the void between our two worlds, I'm not denying that. But it will take a while, that's all I'm saying.

Character Pictures

@ Everyone - concerning character portraits ...

I use them to represent your location on the battlemaps. You can choose anything you want to represent that. If it's a picture of a frog or a symbol of alcohol or whatever. I prefer something that vaguely resembles your character's appearance or at least is a good representation of your character's personality and/or occupation (say a spellbook for a wizard), but I can be flexible here. It doesn't have to be exact.

If my pic isn't a lot of help, you're more than welcome to use a Fox to embody my character token.

Characters are looking pretty close do done ... who's ready to start? (I assume everyone, lol)

Silver team had everyone report in ... only a few tweaks needed to characters.
Blue team is still waiting for 1 character to finish up ... other than that, only a few tweaks needed as well.

Any questions for me before we kick things off?

Also, I am just curious ... who has actually run through the published module of the Red Hand of Doom in D&D 3.5? Be honest ... things are modified enough here to where this will give you a different feel.

Never been through it, but I was promised it twice and had it fall through both times. Reason 1 that I was psyched about the possiblity here.

Been through it once... and a half. Been a while though, but I remember it being a moderate level campaign. I think we played the first run as level 5's and when we didn't make it through we played again like a year later and started at 6. (could easily have been started at 6, and then 7 on the second go...) Like I said it's been like 4 or 5 years or so.

Not gonna lie, this will be my very first campaign in almost a year, and if we make it through it, then it will be the first time in my life I have completed a campaign. Are we running the one campaign or will we be continuing for a while to come?

Not played it myself, I've mostly played Homebrew campaigns in my RL gaming sessions.

Never played this campaign path before.

OK, character's entirely done, and her mule's all done too. Time for nap, then class. Ready to start the game whenever, though.

Quick question: Will our characters start the campaign knowing each other and as a party, or will the introduction to the game be the formation of the party?

I flipped through it once about five years ago or so, but not in-depthly.
