Fear of the unknown is actually quite prevalent. Even though you can focus your mind on something, the fear will continue to shadow your thoughts, your actions, your emotions and even your physical well being if you let it to. Yes, people have to move along for survival's sake and to solve immediate dangers, but the fear will stay at least until the know more about the new world. Just play your cards accordingly.

As for posting schedule, my suggestion is this = GM, everybody else, GM. You can contribute as many posts as you like in between GM posts but do let others post at least once before you post again, and try not to advance the plot too far without the GM. GM can either be the main GM or Co-DM, or both.

I feel as if a lot of this is directed at me. Very well.

Linet asked a question. The others were too fearful of the orcish Gutter to reply. She, realising this, decides to skitter off into the forest where there is:

• No immediate danger.
• The possibility of finding food, water and shelter.
• The possibility of finding out where she is, and all of the connotations that has.

I see no fault with this response. If you guys want to play a slower game, that's fine; I can play a slower game.

That said, posting orders aren't my strong point. They tend to do more harm than good.

Eh? I'm just answering questions as needed. I don't see anything serious enough that I need to address in the RP itself. And of course, we'll need sometime to adjust our momentum to how the game's going anyway so it's fine if can't synchronize our posting times/posting order.

The only 'posting order' that I would like to see is that everyone posts once before posting again. Who posts first, or last, or in the middle doesn't really matter as long as everybody posted once.

E.g. I live in the +8 timezone, so I do expect everyone posting earlier/later than I do as I usually reply to posts first thing in the morning/after work.

I'm sorry if it felt like I was directing anything at anyone. That was not my intention. I don't want to slow the game down at all. More it was to suggest patience for those who might not be able to post quite as fast as some of us can and to hold off on the hurry up and post already comments.

As for posting order I'm good with just letting it happen as it happens between Dm and Co-Dm posts. Sometimes two or more characters will just have a lot of interaction and others may not feel their character is really going to get involved during that part of the story. I'm just here to enjoy the RP and the story. Oh and occasionally hit things in combat. (Though I think I will be healing and buffing more than anything. Quinn has a lot of figuring out to do before she is going to be an effective combat character. ^_^)

That's good enough for me. I've updated my character to include the new image. Thanks Hanz for getting me on track with your earlier image. I tried to find something similar and ended up with this one.

It's the colours of the background. It's like they couldn't decide whether to put them against beige or scarlet and just sploshed both on instead.

I find that gender bending can be one of the best character concept available if executed well.

Imagine, a guy react to his first menstruation ("why in the Seven Hells do I have blood coming out from my- *beat* Oh hell no. ") and when he's having his PMS (hilarity ensues). Instant GOLD.
