Just asking for the sake of everyone else, since I'll do it anyways to be sure, but how far in are we saying is "in the chapel" and does the extra d20 roll include rolling for initiative?

"In the chapel" means as soon as you start going down the stairs in column 6. So basically you're the only one that currently has to worry about it atm. And yes, you do have to roll it for init.

Gah, I apologise for the draaaaagging pace. With pW gone and Mazda/Silver here once every blue moon it's pretty awkward. I'm working on getting some replacements, though, so we should have some fresh energy in here, don't give up yet! But I can't load any of the character sheets at the moment for some reason........ sigh. Tomorrow morning, tomorrow morning for sure.

No worries. The only thing I don't like about the pace is this is one of my favorite games. I wish you could trade its pace with a couple of others.

Remember, if you're rolling a d20, roll another unmodified d20 alongside it too!

I apologise. I'm seriously considering scrapping this game. The issues with posting (missing players, and my own recent forgetfulness...) are getting to me, and I'm also having trouble trying to figure out how to logically insert a new group of people into the game already.

If you've got any thoughts or suggestions, do let me hear them, but...

If you wanted to insert a new group, having another group also exploring the temple would work. Maybe their own little caravan was stalled by pugwumpis. But that's if you wanted to go through the trouble.

If you do scrap this game, I hope you either re-start it anew or start up another Pathfinder game that's an actual campaign as opposed to the living modules. You're a great DM, and this was my favorite game for a long time.

I'd love to run this or another of the Paizo APs really. That was a thought of mine after my exams are over (early Nov).

The problem with introduction of new characters is that I am mentally having a lot of trouble trying to logic-ify why people would be in this area. There's just about nothing in this area except ruins, gnolls and deadly mountains. I had enough problems trying to figure out how Sumnak would rejoin with the party...
