Yeah, sure. I think we should store the salvage at Kil's house and then I'll travel to Redstone, though I won't expect Kil to come along. I'm still contemplating exactly what to do with these materials, because much of it is probably owner-less now... I might just start traveling around and giving it away.
Meseriel also has some meditating to do or something. She needs to deal with whatever that was during the fight, that evil she had to suppress. I also wanted to add one last thing before they left. Meseriel would go about crafting a sign in common reading THIEVES BE WARNED and post it into the ground beside the pile of burned corpses. She'd then take the final thieve's severed and scorched head and spear it onto the pike as a warning. She'd take care to make sure Kil saw none of this, of course, and it'd probably be the last thing she'd do before they left.

The coastal winds whips Meseriel's hair back, as she digs the post into the ground near the pile of burned bodies. She steps back and takes a look at the scene, her warning placed. All of those of nefarious minds, who approached Siegfried's Beacon, would surely think twice before taking root there. The sings of the fight and the pools of blood, would certainly only go to aid it further. Few would ever believe, that this band of thieves was bested by merely two people.
Now Kil, Meseirel and the covered cart full of the bandits hauls, march east towards Redstone. The blond haired musician, hums as they ride into the forest. Last edited by Spazztick; May 12th, 2015 at 10:36 PM. |
