DOOM says:
I do not think this DM should complain at all. Would he or she rather have players who are really excited about playing their game? Or would they rather have people who miss half of the time and are apathetic when they are there?
Oh, I'm sure he'd prefer me, but at the same time I know I bug him. I just ramble on and pester him repeatedly. "When can we play? Friday? Cool!" And then the rest of the week it's like, "We're playing on Friday, right?" Finally he'll be like "Can we please talk about something else????"

ButI know he's secretly flattered.

What can I say? Arturick is a great, great DM.

Not to say inattentive players are the hallmark of a bad DM, but it makes it easier when it's a really engrossing, exciting storyline/adventure. It's a solo game, which makes it that much easier.

And I'd be happy to play in your games anytime, Sweetpea. That is, when I'm not already participating in, like, 7 games, which I believe is my current total.

They set fire to thier house so that they can move in with you and play d&d more often.

You tell them to bring snacks and they forget.

They threaten you with physical harm every time the monster is about to critical on them

They want to see you make the monsters hp rolls to be sure your not faking them

they tell you that you are god and you have no power in your game.

they think every encounter needs to be fought.

think only goods things can happen to their character.

bring snacks only for themselves.

forget to bring dice, and when you let them use yours they make towers out of them.

Lol, the top 2 seem to have happened in your game. I must confess to the bottom one. 8)

They start a "complaints" thread in your game

Yeah thats why I posted it. I hate it when the players start spinning the dice during combat when they aren't attacking or getting attacked.

They bring a charecter from a previous adventure that has only the strongest, most powerful weapons in the realms. you know, like a sword that makes magic users obsolete. And can do everything but tuck them in at night. :x just kidding

..they make decisions again and again that force you to reconsider the whole direction your adventure is taking. You give them an easy route, and they take the hardest one every time!

They think that your job as the DM is to not let them die.

They use no strategy and always charge headlong into battle

They always win

They make a point of trying to ruin your plot

They "edit" thier character sheets in between sessions

They accidentally kill a key NPC the second they meet him

They roll 3 natural 20's in a row on the final big battle of your campaign, killing thier enemy instantly.
