Well, that's a shame but I suppose it is one of the risks of the whole online arena. There were some good apps to pick from, though, so I'm eager to push forward with whoever comes in.

Ok, so brann miekka responded that he would still be interested, so he will be joining us with his wizard. It puts a little more work on PCB's character as the sole tank, but overall I think it will be fine. He'll be posting here shortly I believe.

Well, I just announced a name, and I can repost a bit, but if we need another frontliner I'm more then happy to build one real fast. As long as thats okay with Aerendor atleast.

Don't sweat it, Brann. I've got a pretty decent build towards taking hits so we shouldn't be too bad off. Wizards can dish out more damage than a frontliner in most situations anyways.

I think the wizard will work out just fine too. There are only a couple battles in the module where having a tank will be especially useful, so I don't think it will put too much strain on Sagota. That said, I also really enjoyed your IC post, it gave me a great mental image of your character.

As a note, other than the pcs, no one will be bothering Zariel about her heritage. Although these monks are technically all paladins (Yamabushi archetype) by class, as long as your characters aren't radiating evil they aren't going to care too much about where you came from. Their patron kami supposedly spared the head of the monastery as a young man, as you'll hear shortly in the game thread, so one of their tenets is to take in those seeking shelter. Also, it's doubtful that any of them have ranks in knowledge (planes or arcana), except for maybe the monastery's head.

Also, I hope to wrap up introductions by tomorrow and progress the story, unless a lengthy discussion breaks out, just FYI.
