Just to be clear, your OP suggested we put some RP posts in the dome of the starry lady thread right? Looked like I was the only one there so I wanted to be sure.

Deborah Vilanni So that my people may, once again, be proud.
Deborah Villani
Name: Deborah Marie Hildegard Vilanni Rommenbach de Grasse and Bearington of Fallhold Race: Human Age: 17 Concept: Idealist, based on old books from the order, daughter of the corrupt imperial minister of finance Alignment: LG Class: Wizard (Spell Sage) 4 Combat Role: Buffer/Debuffer Non-combat Role: Brains / Utility
Appearance
Deborah in action
Deborah definitely does not look posh and noble as one would expect from her last name or from her parents (a villainous and corrupt imperial minister and his astoundingly snob wife), but something of her education still shows in the way she walks and (even if a bit) in her wording.
She is a young and not-so-tall human female with light brown hair and eyes, pale skin and thin overall features, usually sporting practical clothing and having her hands full of books, samples of some unknown substance or tools. Her gestures are gentle and feminine, her voice is soft (but her screams are terrifyingly loud and treble when she is desperate or truly scared) and she will move with grace enough to set her apart from most scholars, who usually seem clumsy.
In terms of adornments, she keeps a thin braid falling off her shoulder and a few golden chain necklaces adorn her breast. One large bronze bracelet is constantly seen around her left wrist and nothing will make her remove, save for force or the direst of situations.
Also, despite the fact that she uses her hair relatively short, a bow is usually seen on top of her head, giving her a somewhat technical or servile appearance at first glance, something that usually vanishes after a few moments of observation or conversation.
For clothing style, as already stated, she prefers practical pieces with a few decorative elements and has a tendency to use discrete colors, such as brown, black or beige, although dimmer shades of red can easily be seen on her.
In fact, it can be said that the one single thing she inherited from her mother is the taste for the change of clothes, as, most usually, people keep variety away from their closets.
Personality
Even the most forbidden of tomes...
Bright in a scale of intellect, high in a scale of literacy and off of any scale of curiosity, Deborah lives, breathes and dreams of books... literally in the last case.
Her inquisitive mind simply cannot accept unanswered questions, loose ends in bodies of knowledge or hidden truth and that is what forced her into her parents' library: the pull towards answers, the need to acquire the next bit of information, the urge to unveil and expose, even if only to herself, whatever was hidden.
That is also what placed her in the dustiest par of the library: that which held the old arcane books nobody used or cared for anymore It was from those crumbling piles of paper that she added experimentation to her set of passions.
Outside the realm of intellectualism and the arcane, Deborah (or "Debbie", as she allows herself to be addressed by friends) is usually pleasant, polite and cheerful, always trying to make people comfortable and happy, constantly caring for those she cares.
Violence is not her way and not of her liking, but even being a pacifist, she understands that sometimes a blade must be drawn. It is only the reasons and the frequency that separates her from a militaristic person.
That is the main reason why she resorts to team work in order to fight, when fighting is inescapable.
Debbie does not feel comfortable with animals of any kind and will not actively engage in plays with dogs or cats, even not being truly afraid of them.
Background
Her father's humble summer home
Debora Marie, as her mother calls her, was grown in her father's luxury estate, in the shore village of WetStep-South-Linbledon, a paradisiac location favored by the noble and the very wealthy merchants who could afford its high lifestyle. She did not grow in Fallhold, where her father lived, because he believed that children would distract him from his duty as a minister... and from the profitable maneuvers that he mastered with time.
She was born the youngest in a line of six children and her parents were already of relatively mature age when she came.
From her first moments, her mother, Lady Fedora Catherine Elisabeth Rommenbach de Grasse and Bearington, gave her to the servants for caring, as she was always too busy with matters of beauty and gossip. In fact, to those of some age, her mother is considered the very apex of beauty and her father the luckiest (or the most hated) of men.
Lady Catherine, when younger
As she grew, her parents, following the tradition of most families, gave her to a tutor (or rather several tutors) to educate and it is remarkable that none of them actually left a significant mark in her life. Indeed, what they taught her was not what she learned, as she would learn from books, not from men.
Indeed, her older brothers and sisters, all left to their own devices and to those same tutors, almost all died or left home very early, the oldest having become pregnant from a blacksmith and then denied by the family, now living a happy life in a village nearby, only taking care not to attract too much attention and embarrass her (former) parents, who could decide to take action to get rid of the shame.
It was when she was four that she entered the manor's library for the first time and it was precisely there that the already utterly curious girl first heard that those interesting objects were called "books" and held words in their pages that could be read, if one was old enough to know how. Her desire to learn how to read was so immense that she kept staring at the books for hours, trying to make sense of the strange symbols until one of the servants, who took care of taking the dust out of the books decided to try and see if the girl could actually learn how to read, despite her age.
It took her a year, but the girl started to understand the contents of the books to the amusement of her tutors and the pride of her mother (yet only for she could tell her friends that her little girl, despite not so radiant in beauty, could do something that other couldn't).
In those old books, Deborah discovered what the Empire once was, what the ancients thought and felt, what they dreamed of and what they feared. In those books, she found ethics in all its glory, shining brighter than the Sun in face of the lack of principles she saw in her house. It might be because of her personal inclinations, it could because of the absence of reverence for her parents or even because that new reality seemed much more seductive than the one she actually lived, but the young girl held firmly to those words and, night and day, she peered through the window they opened to a past of glory and meaning, of real heroes, of knights and virtue.
With the coming of youth, he mother was intending on giving her to a temple (in fact, ANY temple...), but her father thought it would be better to place her in a university, where her taste for old paper would keep her away from trouble and could even earn her some respect, producing a daughter they could finally show off (or, at least, speak of) in a party. So, at the age of fifteen, she entered the Imperial School of History, focusing on the Old Arts.
At the university, she finally encountered a mother figure, professor Rosalyn Bennett, a researcher obsessed by the idea of bringing back the power of magic and blaming the deterioration of the Empire on the lack of stimulus caused by the fact that magical wonders could no longer be created and depended on.
So much she adhered to her teacher's ideas that she became her assistant researcher before one year at the school.
The professor was wife to a man who was well-placed among the ranks of the Knights of Justice and, because
The dome is actually the sky...
of that, had free access to the order's resources, when it came to books and laboratories. It was frequent that she would travel to Dome of the Starry Lady in order to use the place's now mingled magical resources. Whenever that happened, she would take her assistant to carry the books... and "devour" them!
A certain night, Prof. Bennett was walking by the lake, trying to make sense of her latest findings, when she disappeared from sight, never to be seen again, only leaving her old bronze bracelet behind, at a place in the lake's shore.
Deborah insisted in staying and attempting to find out what happened to her teacher, as she believed it had something to do with a magical phenomenon. For two months she stayed and investigated, but no actual conclusion could be reached. At that point, the leadership of the Knights suggested it was time for her to live.
Decided to remain and continue with her investigations, together with her extensive study of the newfound books that exposed new and formidable facts and principles of the old times of the order, Deborah protested and refused to leave. Since the knights could not simply toss the daughter of an imperial minister through the window, they offered her a position as a scholar among the knights, stationed permanently at the Dome of the Starry Lady to conduct research on the behalf of the Order... without much supervision, as the order did not actually care about anything she would be doing there.
And that is how Debbie joined the ranks of the fabulous Imperial Order of the Knights of Justice, defenders of the Empire, paragons of justice... and gluttons, and mercenaries, and unoccupied handwavers... but owners of the seed of virtue in their history and faded principles, a seed that seemed to have died those days.

It was a long, long time ago
No one knows but I've been told so
The knights of justice ought to fight
The waves of danger, evil was all around
The legend known as magic with all the splendour
The ancient castles at its biggest grandeur
I heard it from a long time ago
Some were forgotten, some they let it go
In the land of Takasharr
In a time where magic and faith still lies
Appearance
Knust Galenhal is a charming, handsome half-elf. His low-tone baritone voice projects in a very captative way. Sometimes, Knust allows a very thin mustache to grow over his face, when he is tarrying in a mostly human city, and sometimes, with his face all shaved up when near an elven society.
He is 5'10 tall, dark hair and dark eyes, usually friendly looking, with a smirk on his face. He is always very well dressed when socializing in towns or when on bureaucratics meetings, but when travelling, he uses his custom-made leather armor which is discretly hidden with his cloak. Altough his appearance is not his strongest asset, he is more handsome than average, which contributes to his charisma when performing. You can usually see him carrying his lute which he loves to play.
Being half-elf, it could be said that he looks like a human, but also he looks like an elf. All in all, you could say that a human, without close look, could confuse him for an elf, but an elf would recognize his human features quite quick. That being said, it is fair enough to say that he may act more humanly or more elvish between humans to whatever side is more interesting for him.
Personality
Knust is a cheerful young lad, very well to get along with the commoners that enjoy a good performance in taverns or in the outdoors. More than often, he will ask you to tell the latest story he recently has learnt, adding some rhyme in a poetry way. He loves to sing using his lute, telling stories from far away places he had been to.
Altough he is on his good side, long he lived in difficult times, and so, he learnt some rough ways of survival, like sleight of hands. But his most dangerous weapon is his ability to fool people. Some folks that knows him in depth says that it is sometimes difficult to know when he tells his stories to identify whether it's real or not.
He is a very galantry lad, and likes to use his charming skills with women very often.
Altough he may not be the most politically correct to solve problems, he cares about his friends and will help his companions in whatever it takes, generally, singing songs that inspire bravery.
Background
Far away from the city
hidden in the woods
Distant from where your vision could
there once lived a young
elven maiden called Eleni
And then came him through the night
A galant and imposing knight
A loyal servant from the empire
Sworn to confront the evil pire
Gave his life to defend the village
From the demons filled with rage
When swift came Eleni
and to his wounds she tended
They fell in love and there he stayed
But you know how it goes his story
A duel between love and glory
And then after a while
He was no longer injured
And he was called to fight again
To come back again he promised
after the fight was over
But the fight never ends
And Eleni cared for the baby alone
Hated by the villagers
Raising a human alike she was the only one
Until the caravan came
Hard life was that
of a travelling caravan
But so was of an abandoned mother
Left alone with no other
And so Eleni handed her son to them
He came back to find her
But he came a little late
And so it is the tale
Of this artist of no home
Travelling here and there
And bringing the news from far away
Hoping that the fight will end one day
And then, he will find his song
He was looking for so long
Knust Galenhall was adopted and learnt the craft of music. But it was not an easy life, and so, he was able to survive using some abilities of sleight of hands. After some time, he noticed that the skill of black-mailing was more profitable, something he could excel because of all the knowledge he was able to gather.
Knust has no home, and so he likes to travel here and there to learn more about facts and people, and to write songs about them. And, of course, to meet beautiful ladies as well.

Question, if I want to play as a monk, can it be unchained or do I have to play the weaker version? Also are occult resources allowed to be used? Because I have interest in being a chakra-focused monk. Otherwise they are a ki-based caster.

Her velvet eyes attract others with it's unique sparkle. This young elf uses a variety of outfits, when in the city walls her outfits are deep red with golden trim or white with dark green trim.
