I put together the character sheet for the Green Night. I left details about religous affiliation and the noble house he is from out; I prefer to fill that in after I get a better sense for the world Fairydale is in (assuming I'm selected).

Like, in 5e? I don't believe so.

In mythology, there are a couple regions in Eastern Europe that consider them to be a kind of gnome-sort of spirit, but I was specifically thinking the character that murders travelers and dies his cap/cape with their blood.

Which is pretty chaotic evil, I think, but I was going to make him Lawful Evil and have him kill every full moon or something. But no matter, I have a better idea!

Would it be possible for me to have two different parties in the same world? Because I love all of these applications, but I also don't want an enormous party. I think I'm going to split the eight applications so far into different parties and have two Fairydale games running at once.

Wouldn't be the first time I've seen people doing that. I actually prefer smaller games to larger ones anyway.

Hey, Im definitely super interested in the idea, but am pretty new to the pbp format. I have plenty of knowledge about the game and know how to play fine, I was just wondering if me being generally unfamiliar with the format would be a problem

I'm relatively unfamiliar too, so I think it should be fine.

If you havenít run a PBP campaign with two groups of players involved before, I suggest starting with one group and seeing how it goes for a few weeks. My first campaign on RPGcrossing came apart, partially because the GM was struggling with managing the dynamics of two groups.

Forgive me if this has been mentioned some time before but what level were you planning on starting at?

FWIW, I did find the concept for this game highly innovative and was seriously contemplating to throw my hat into the ring with a non-deity folklore character.
Unfortunately, between my upcoming work schedule and the games which Iíve alread committed to, Iím afraid that I donít have the time for this new endeavor.
So, I just wanted to say ďGreat JobĒ with the innovative concept, and good luck to everyone involved to enjoy a great game!

Party #1: Hava, Sigrun, Jack, Druzilla
Party #2: Leshi, Renelde, Hansel, Bertalik, Heart

Right, since two of our applications dropped out, I'm going to reopen the applications. The game will still continue until we find somebody and we'll try to integrate the fourth party member as quick as we can.

This will be first in wins, to clarify.

Would it be possible to have a character based on the woodsman, but also the big bad wolf? Basically a Wolfman, who transforms, but with the ties to the fairytale sources.

Since I'm still learning 5e, I'm not sure if transformations are allowed or workable.

Awesome idea, by the way.
