Ok so I am rethinking using the Dode/Mobility/Spring Attack chain of feats. It sounds like a cool idea but I'm not sure it will work out well. So I am think of going the standard two-weapon fighting route instead. While it isn't as cool mobility wise as a bouncing halfling dancing around the enemy, I do think it will be more effective especially for where I was planning on heading in a few levels.
Any of you that have more experience than me with rogues and/or Pathfinder have any thoughts that might help me out? †

I'd actually still recommend Spring Attack. As a rogue, your job won't be to sit still and trade blows, so hit and run will be a better idea because it means you can flank anyone you want and, therefore, sneak attack anyone you want. The problem, of course, is your low movement rate, but there are solutions there. Winged Boots would give you flight with a speed of 60 feet, which would make you untouchable in combat against melee opponents. If you want to keep on the ground, Boots of Speed or Boots of Striding and Springing can be an immense help. Being able to Sneak Attack once a round is nothing to sneeze at, especially if you add some poisons or on-hit effects. If you further factor in combat maneuvers and some creative weapon selection, you can really do some nasty things with Spring Attack.

Yeah I liked the Spring attack route ,but my eventual plan for my next two feats is to take Underfoot Combat and Confound the Big Folk (both from Races of the Wild) so I can get under any enemy 2 size categories or more larger than me (as a halfing that's size large and up...in animal shape (size Tiny) that is pretty much everything). This will allow me to step into their square, get soft cover (+4 to AC), and sneak attack like crazy using the "Knee Strike" tactic from Confound the Big Folk (makes them flat footed against my attacks as long as I share their square).
With this plan it seemed that taking the Two Weapon Fighting route would work better. I still like the idea of the halfling bouncing around the battlefield so I will give it more thought today. †

Ahh, I see your point. If you're going the 2-weapon route, though, make sure you max out tumble, because you'll be provoking an attack of opportunity for moving into their square. By the way, I can feed you a reduce person extract and poison your weapons in less than a single round, so we could actually make you even smaller than you are, and poisonous to boot. >=)

Heh, so the two of you can handle living foes, and Nik and Kaia will deal with undead ones.

Oh I like the shrinking poisonous halfling idea And tumble or in the case of Pathfinder, Acrobatics, is maxed out...I have a +23 modifier between ranks, ability mod, racial mods, and magic items.
The great thing about PathFinder is they took away the whole issue with sneak attacking undead. In PF all those monsters that you couldn't SA in 3.5 you now can...except maybe oozes. †

Just an fyi, as a Flame Oracle, Kaia cannot Channel Energy/Turn Undead. She -can- set them on fire, but that works on the living too.

Ok it sounds like we have a plan to kill everything we meet. That's a pretty good strategy.

Nik -can- fight anything, but he doesn't -like- fighting living things. That and he's much more skilled at fighting undead than anything else.

I've got poison for living things, firebombs for dead things, and I can vomit a swarm of spiders for anyone I really have it in for.

Oh, and yes, we do have a plan to kill everyone. We're professionals, after all. You know the saying. "Be polite. Be efficient. Have a plan to kill everyone you meet."

Ok with a guy that can do that no one should be paying much attention to the little harmless wereferret. I mean what's the big deal with turning into a cute cuddly ferret compared to spewing a swarm of spiders?
