Warren Heedless Charge: To use this maneuver, you must charge and make the attack at the end of the charge using your Power Attack feat. The penalty you take on your attack roll must be -5 or worse. In addition to normal charge modifiers (which give you a -2 penalty to AC and a +2 bonus on the attack roll), you can assign any portion of the attack roll penalty from Power Attack to your Armor Class instead, up to a maximum equal to your base attack bonus. Activate Speed enchant of Armor (Swift Action)- grants haste for 1 roundheedlessly and quickly leaps into battle. With his first and second attack he targets the Mummy furthest South. For his extra attack from hast he deftly grabs and throws Svalinn at the Lich.

Freedom of Movement, Spells and spell-like effects targeted on you are turned back upon the original caster. The abjuration turns only spells that have you as a target. Effect and area spells are not affected. Spell turning also fails to stop touch range spells.

From seven to ten (1d4+6) spell levels are affected by the turning. The exact number is rolled secretly.

When you are targeted by a spell of higher level than the amount of spell turning you have left, that spell is partially turned. The subtract the amount of spell turning left from the spell level of the incoming spell, then divide the result by the spell level of the incoming spell to see what fraction of the effect gets through. For damaging spells, you and the caster each take a fraction of the damage. For non-damaging spells, each of you has a proportional chance to be affected.

A 5' step allows you to attack either the lich or another mummy with attack #2. Which do you want to attack?

Hasted attack can still be to throw Simon.

Lydia MarrsRadley quickly moved up to interpose on the next mummy, allowing Lydia and Warren to get in on Simon.

Approaching the mummy, Radley focuses his strength as he tries to bring it down with power attacking...

Wasting no time, Warren charges forward and slams his shield into the first mummy, completely pulverizing it into mumy dust (attack #1). Taking a quick step to the side, Warren moves into range of Simon the Lich and slams a second shield bash into the undead wizard (63 damage). He follows up with a third strike from his shield and knocks the lich to the ground (31 damage).

Radley follow Warren into the fray, striking out against another one of the mummies with a single strike from his sword (24 damage since undead are immune to crits).

Lydia pushes past her cousin to confront Simon directly, invoking Kelemvor's judgement upon him. Her sword cuts deep and the lich bellows in rage and terror (26 damage).

The mummies gang up on Radley.

Dice Mummy#1 Atk:

Radley needs to make two separate DC16 Fortitude saves to avoid contracting mummy rot.

Seeing the battle quickly turn against him, the lich lets loose with his most deadly of spells: horrid wilting. Everyone give me a DC 26 Fortitude save or take the damage below (half damage on a successful save):

Dice Horrid Wilting damage:
16d6rl1 6, 4, 2, 4, 3, 3, 5, 4, 4, 4, 4, 4, 5, 3, 5, 6 (Rerolls: less than 2) Total = 66
Dice Caster Level Check to overcome SR:
1d20+18 (10)+18 Total = 28


If you fail your save and Simon overcame spell resistance, then you need to make a DC 15 Fortitude save to avoid death by massive damage.

(Provided he is still around) Rajon quickly closes with the lich and pounds him with two powerful strikes. The lich's body crumbles to dust and the metal on the undead creature's body clatters to the floor.

The two mummies are all that are left.

OOC: He was casting defensively, so no AoO.

With the lich slain... for now... Warren leaps to attack the two mummies on Radley. With two powerful swings of his shield, both mummies crumble before him and the combat is over.

But Rajon is right. You have to start searching for his phylactery.

But a search of this room (no matter what you roll) turns up nothing. Cuz there are no secret doors to find.

Warren, please give me a spot check... tremorsense based. Or would that be a listen check?
