Younger daughter of Ven Vinder, Shayliss has something of a reputation around town for being "easy". Her father wouldn't approve, but lately he's been focused on Shayliss's sister Katrine to even be aware of the situation.

Tanethia Wheen
Deceased daugther of Bilivar and Vorah Wheen. Tanethia drowned in the mill pond a year ago, and the event has left emotional scars on both her parents.

Head of the conservative and notorious Scarnetti family.

Tsuto Kaijitsu
Tsuto Kaijitsu is the son of Lonjiku Kaijitsu and Atsuii Kaijitsu, and younger brother of Ameiko Kaijitsu. A half-elf born to two human parents, Tsuto's birth not only caused a stir in their relationship, but in the town of Sandpoint as well. The identity of Tsuto's father was never revealed, and he was shipped off to the Turandarok Academy to be raised outside the family he was never really a part of, visited only by his sister, and even then very rarely and in secret.

His relationship with Ameiko changed drastically in 4701 AR, when he struck her during an argument, prompting her abandonment of Sandpoint for a year of adventuring. They further argued in 4702 at his mother's funeral, most likely over Tsuto's overstated opinion that his father had pushed Atsuii to her "accidental" death, a squabble which ended with Lonjiku nearly breaking his son's jaw with his cane. Tsuto left Sandpoint in disgrace.

A crotchety but lovable old man, Turch and his five sons run the Valdemar family's fish market.

Vachedi
Vachedi is a scarred Shoanti man that serves as the jailer of the town of Sandpoint. A father of two, both of Vachedi's sons are currently held by slavers in the city of Kaer Maga. He hopes to earn enough money in Sandpoint to eventually buy their freedom.

Vana Deverin
Sister-in-law to Kendra Deverin. Since her husband's death, she has run the day to day operations of the Deverin manor, and resents the mayor for not helping more.

Ven Vinder
Owner of the Sandpoint General Store. Ven's true pride and joy, however, are his daughters.

Verah Barett
Infant daughter of Alergast and Amele Barett.

Veznutt Parooh
Veznutt Parooh is one of Sandpoint's handful of academics, specializing in regional maps and lore. His shop, The Way North, was destroyed in the Sandpoint fire of 4702 AR but has now been rebuilt in a former stable. Veznutt is close friends with the headmaster of the Turandarok Academy, Ilsoari Gandethus, and the two can often be found arguing over history when neither is involved in cartography or teaching, respectively.

Son of Risa Magravi, he helps his sisters Besk and Lanalee run her tavern.

Volioker Briskalberd
Volioker Briskalberd acts as Sandpoint's locksmith, and has been a fixture in the community since the day of the town's founding. He's a faithful patron of the Sandpoint Theater, and rarely misses the opportunity to view a new performance.

Vorah Wheen
Wife of Bilivar Wheen. Ever since Tanethia, her daughter, died, Vorah has become paranoid about her two remaining children. This, and her increasing shrillness, has contributed to Bilivar's increased drinking.
