Quite the Thought! Is is by coincidence that the two dice rolls of 3d4 had the same result?

Oh wow it seems that in the post preview each roll of the same dice count(two different 3d4 rolls in the above post) will have the same result but this isn't the case when the actual post is published.

All die rolls are random. That includes a certain probability of two rolls coming up the same; that has nothing to do with preview or not.
