Oohh! Intriguing start! Quick question- are we all immediately in the same vicinity? Like say, a party? I saw that in the post it stated that we had seen only tribesman. Does that mean besides the PCs there are no foreigners?

I'm not posting tonight - sleep calls. Just wanted to get my thoughts out!

Slightly weird question perhaps, but I am going to ask it anyway...

Is there a preference for the tense that is to be used in posts? Present or past that is? Going by the opening post I am assuming present. Or at least that is the tense the DM posts are going to be in?

I personally have always written my posts in a third-person past tense. I can of course try something different.

Anyone have a fun guess as to how long a caravan from Sanction to Khur would take?

Okay, I found something that may be of use to everyone (or I am really late to the party...) I had been trying to find a good map of Krynn, but everything was either too small to read details, or just no detailed enough. I finally found a good one here.

Certainly in the same vicinity, but not yet a party. The fact that you are the only foreigners, however, should bring you somewhat “closer”.

A very good map, though somewhat old. Note that Palanthas is still spelled “Palanthus”.

You could also use this one.
