While I didn't check all the details of your level-up post, I'm sure he will approve it once you've added your narrative downtime post in the Downtime thread according to the WM rules. I had left you some instructions for that in the last GM post of our adventure, but if there are still questions let me know. Please do read the GM instructions and look at the remarked threads first though.

All right, I've gotten up the new quest hook over in the Inn thread. I didn't specifically mention it in the narration of that post, but all of the characters from the previous adventure should recognize the noblewoman as Mayuri. She's even wearing the same clothes that the party saw her with during the day to remember.

Let us know if the party is shaping up to be unworkable. Two healers is nice but otherwise it looks very wizard-heavy and light on front-liners.

FWIW, I'm also working on a new PC who will be coming in a 2L, replacing a retired PC. Likely melee competent and a face. That could be another option if I finish in time.

Sounds good. You'll make me feel bad to give Punxl and Phil another rejection (keep that post please), but I might give your new character preference if it hits the inn, if only to keep everybody on the same level.

For my behind the scene's bookkeeping, do you believe that Geghard would have accepted being stolen from by Grimly Packer? Earlamar was planning to go into hiding until he would be able to get a ship out of the West Marches, but who is to say how well that worked for him? It sounded like all the other characters went their own ways and didn't really care to stay in contact with each other. Technically Earlamar's flawed thinking ended up reducing his own cut of the rewards, but I wonder if Geghard would have been able to let the dogs rest on that note.
