Somehow I never posted on the gory details of manacling a Devil. I don’t think we are quite ready to go after Miss Ignisora. I think that we need some other character to cast Pro G/E (do we need multiple versions ?), because we likely want Rolen to Hex Miss Ignisora.
From SecretID below 1. Multiple Attacks means multiple attempts to apply the Manacles. 2. Miss Ignisora may be able to Planeshift, until all four parts are applied 3. Applying the manacles will not count as an attack for maintaining Rage. 4. need to either drop/retrieve the manacles or two character, can attempt, but give the target Adv on attacks. One character two attempts means making an off-hand attack Questions 1. Can a grappled character Planeshift? suspect yes, as grappled character can Misty Step 2. Assume grappled can be contested with either Strength or Dex Problems: Rolen can only concentrate on 1 spell - Pro G/E for Honeysuckle. This means that Rolen cannot use Hex (which would mean disadvantage on Dex Ability checks and Saves). Can any other characters cast Pro G/E? Rolen has a scroll. We may need/want to mass attack the Succubus Char 1: Attempt and drop Manacles Char 2: FOI, pick-up manacles, attempt, Drop, Repeat as needed. Note, because this is a contested Ability Check Advantage (to Attacker) and Disadvantage (to Defender). So Rolen’s Hex would be useful.

Not exactly. You can: 1) Attack twice with extra attack and with the main hand. If the first attack hits, you need to use the item interaction to ready the next manacle. 2) Dual wield, so do the second attack with a bonus action, only if you (i.e. Glanteth) have the Dual Wielder feat. |

Hmm, I’m assuming that those without Darkvision, have some plan for providing light.
@SecretID, Rolen’s AC is 18 +2 = 15 (Half Plate) +1 (Enchanted) +2 (Dex) + 2 (Shield)

The "16+8" that I typed wasn't right? (: Fixed.

Only if Rolen still had shield to cast.

If Rolen wants to cast Hex instead of PfE on HS, then he should do so. It sounds more important. That doesn't mean Glanteth can pick that up due to reasons already stated. Sounds like one of us should be holding 2 manacles and Glanteth will hold 2 (because of dual wield) with Rolen keeping the key.

Wait...are you saying that you're going to be walking around that way? For the moment, I was just basically wondering whose backpack the stuff is in.

My suggestion would be manacles are on Glanteth’s or Honeysuckle’s belt for a fast draw.
