@SecretID, Rolen has Counterspell. I would like to confirm that he can Counterspell spells that are cast using Innate Spell casting ability.

Certainly seems like "a creature in the process of casting a spell" to me, so yes.

Seriously, I think we're heading to The Inkpot and Quill to see if the cantankerous old wizard has anything to offer. I feel a little bad that PurpleRook doesn't know who these people are, but they're kind of built into this quest chain's history.

@PurpleRook Brimley is just a guy that lives above a tavern dedicated to scholars and magus that has provided intelligence-based counseling for us in the past. Not a lot of backstory that's necessary for him, but hoping you chime in (as Rolend) with additional questions if applicable. There's a serious backstory involving the next guy, whom we're hoping will deliver the location of the succubus. I'll be happy to relay an abbreviated version of our past with him before we get there.

I’m slowly skimming the adventures. I got the end of the first one which introduced the Glethes and started the second which introduced Brimley. Right now, I know more than Rolen.

I'm assuming this does nothing to confirm Glanteth's theory about the summoning/transport spell being tied to a person/being rather than a place. Just that the two were created by the same caster? (I know I worded as a statement, but put a question mark as I'm looking for some clarification/confirmation to Brimley's statement. Just asking here to avoid drawing the IG conversation into next year.)
