I didn't really watch much of the game. I hope your team is healthy for the Superbowl. I don't want a hollow victory like we sort of had over SF tonight.

Here's my commentary/smacktalk.

I think the Eagles are capable of beating a healthy Chiefs if they play the same way they have so far in the playoffs. Turnovers will cost them the game. They're a strong team who are playing really well together. The game could really go either way. I think if the Eagles find themselves holding onto a <7 point lead with more than ten seconds on the clock with KC possession I'll be on the edge of my seat for sure. I'm going to be in Portugal on a family holiday for the game, so I'll be watching at 2330 local time which isn't too bad. Good luck to both teams.

Patrick Mahomes on one leg threw for 100 more yards than the Eagles and 49ers combined.

And Raylorne, that is the smack talk of a loser. Already making excuses? Why not just say “I don’t care who wins really, I just hope both teams have fun”?

The Eagles are playing well, and have the ability to beat the Chiefs. I just wonder if the pressure will get to them. There's a lot of young talent on the team that has never made it this far before. There's also a number of older veterans who can help them along. I honestly don't know. It's going to be a helluva game either way, but I'm not expecting a blowout like the last two. If the Eagles want to win the Superbowl they're going to have to grind it out the whole way which isn't something they've shown a strength for many times this year. They tend to get up and then coast for the rest of the game, and Mahomes isn't going to let them do that. Hurts has been decent for not throwing interceptions, but he's fumbled a fair bit this season. They're going to be coming for him, and like I said before turnovers will cost the Eagles the game.

I guess to throw down some actual smack talk...

Mahomes hasn't faced the Eagles pass rush yet. He's creative, but when over a thousand pounds of record breaking sack machines are crashing down on you things get challenging. The Eagles ability to effectively run and pass the ball is going to really test the Chief's defense. If you watched the game today you'll see where he left linebackers frozen on the run because they didn't know who had the ball and if it was a run or pass play. It's a versatile offense, and if they pull it together and play like they have been I think we might take it.

If your players are still hurt it two weeks I'll take my hollow victory. I'll feel dirty, but I'll still take it. Light some candles or whatever if you think it will help.

The more articles I read and replays I watch from the CIN/KC game it seems like the Eagles weren’t the only ones with help from the flags on Sunday.

I do wish Purdy hadn’t got hurt though. Not just because he’s young and playing well, but because I wanted a more honest victory. Even without injuries SF wasn’t beating Philly that game.

With the turnovers, it looked like both teams were playing for the Eagles.

Heheheheheh. Poor Dak.

On closer inspection that’s not Dak. Whatever I’m still going to laugh cause I hate the cowboys.

Nope. That does appear to be Dak.

What two people and how many accolades can we get?

Or I could show a picture of Bill Russell by himself?

11 championships. 5 mvps. Not a shabby run.

Of course since he's dead so might be awkward getting him into a photo with someone.

Currently in Portugal with the family. Five hours ahead. Did not sleep well last night due to jet lag and an overactive brain. I’m wiped. Game doesn’t start for another three hours at 2330. My dad is taking a nap. I might have to as well. If KC gets up by 28+ I’d be tempted to call it and pass out. If Philly gets up 28+ mahomes doesn’t care. I’m torn. I’d love my eagles to win the Super Bowl, but by 0100 going to bed and ending my suffering is on the table.

Jacked up on concerta and coffee. Hope my heart can take this game.

Hope we get a good clean game here. We’ve both got injured quarterbacks. I’d prefer nobody’s career ends tonight.

Will be interested to see if KC's line can protect Mahomes. 49r's couldn't do it.

Not looking good on that account. I hope he’s okay enough to finish the game. I really don’t want a cheap win here. Philly is playing really well (minus that fumble and the flag bonanza) and I feel they’re earning this win. I don’t want to hear a year of “yeah buts”
