Yes, the bear will give you a synergy bonus of +2. Seems reasonable to me. However, if she is there for a diplomatic discussion, I think a -2 would also be fair. You can leave her outside though.

A brief message to ALL my games, DM’s and Players:

The next two months tend to be the slowest time for posting on RPGx for many people due to holidays, family and travel. While I am still able to post daily (or more) many of you will not be. We should all remember that real life comes first and no matter how fun, intense or serious you are, this is still just a game/hobby for us all.

Please be considerate of this in waiting for people to post. For some games (that I DM) I will move them along from time to time, even if everyone has not posted. Your particular PC may be NPC’ed of just tagging along for the ride.

I thank you all for understanding and my family and I wish you all a great and safe holiday season, be it Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, Bodhi Day, Dōngzhì Festival or any other holiday you may celebrate.

I think there was a slight misinterpretation of my post (and our plans) by Digorig, so I'll edit my most recent post a little in order to have it make more sense.

Guess the team might not be splitting up after all!

Edit: Done. Just a few lines of alteration to the 'night before' and a slight addition/removal here and there. Nothing major.
