[Information] Character Creation Rules

The rules for character creation.

Level: 1st level
Class: No psionics. I tend to favor core classes.
Alignment: Any
Races: Core races only, please.
Sex: Male/Female, Its need not apply.
Starting Gold: Roll based on class. You also get a horse, bit and bridle, riding saddle and saddlebags. You can pay extra for a combat-trained mount. If your class comes with a mount, an animal companion you can ride or if your regional equipment is a horse and equipment for it, then you can add the value of the free horse to your starting gold.
Starting bonuses: Given the heavy emphasis on mounted combat, all characters will start with the Mounted Combat feat and the ride skill as a class skill with 1 point.
Clarification: Since this is a Faerun game, characters get a Regional Feat and Regional starting equipment. Characters can also have one trait from the Pathfinder SRD.
Abilities: Roll 5d6, drop 2 for each stat. You are allowed 1 reroll. Or 22 point buy.
Hit Points: Max at first level, roll for each level afterward. Re-rolls allowed as follows, d6's re-roll 1's, d8's and d10's re-roll 1's and 2's, and d12's re-roll 1's, 2's, and 3's.

Is starting HP Max-Roll plus Con modifier, or Con stat? I've seen it done both ways, and can never remember where it is in the book.

The max HD plus your Con modifier. So if your class is 1d8 and Con 14, then your starting HP would be 10.

Haven't found the info elsewhere...soooo. What track are the characters on for advancement per pathfinder?
