Always politely smiling and carrying her father's Wayfinder with her.

General Description:
A short, moderately curvy woman with a pretty face. Prefers to wear red and always considers style just as important as practicality when dressing for both social gatherings and dungeon crawling. Usually wears her long hair in fancy hairstyles but nevertheless always makes sure they stay close to her skull and neck to avoid getting caught up in something when adventuring. Despite her profession she takes great care of her looks to keep her spirits up and to tkae her mind off what she's going through.
Personality
General Description:
Always watching her manners and appearance, she is proud of her status as a noble a lady before anything else. Often puts on a very friendly appearance but is rather indifferent towards most people and their well-being. Grows cold when angered but is quick to calm down unless the offence was grave. Considers unnecessary rudeness degrading to both parties but can respond harshly if provoked enough. Slow to make friends but once befriended she acts and thinks very differently towards the person, considering them second only to her family. Sees herself as a good person but there's something off with her moral compass. Not beyond an occasional act of compassion or charity, especially towards people kind to her. As far as her family goes, she's prepared for anything to keep her beloved younger sister safe and their house's name untarnished.
Likes:
Good manners, good alcohol, gracefulness, gentlemen, mother's dagger, father's Wayfinder, colour red, cheese, dogs, refined games like poker or chess, cooking, loyalty.
Dislikes:
Squandering, bad manners, getting drunk, colour orange, rudeness, irresponsibility, cats, cheap alcohol, smoking, vermin, undead.
Quirks:
Pretty much planned her younger sister's life for her and is very strict with her- while Elizabeth puts herself through the gutter in the Society to restore their house to greatness, she wants Catherine to live a high life of a proper noblewoman which is pretty much her own dream-life. Considers herself a Thranx before Elizabeth, meaning she always considers her house before herself.
Phobias:
Homophobic - obviously these people consider their hedonistic pleasures more important than the continuation of their families, plus women hitting on her just creep her out. If her sister ever turned out to be a lesbian she would most likely snap and kill everyone she could find.
Background
Background:
Born to one of the noble families of Brevoy along with her sister Catherine, Elizabeth grew up seeing her wealth and glory shrink every year - and she hated every moment of it. Her parents, once Pathfinders themselves, spent too much money helping the Society, as if in hope it would help their own wounds heal and allow them to return to the life of adventure that brought them together - an Abaslomian tomboy that spent most of her time escaping her noble parents to search for new thrills and the oldest son of New Stetven nobles seeking fame and glory. In the end, they spent most of their fortune nearly driving themselves into poverty and leaving their daughters with almost only their weird names.
Since their deaths due to failing health two years ago, Elizabeth salvaged some of the respect and fortune the House of Thranx once held, although she's still seen more as a curious animal during the social gatherings as the daughter of two eccentrics that didn't know when to stop. While she hates what her parents did and how irresponsible they were, she still joined the Society while forbidding her sister from joining. She did so because ironically it probably is the only way to reclaim all that which their parent's lost - if she succeeds, she will not only earn the fame and respect she sorely misses, but also provide money for her younger sister so she can stay safely at home, never having to experience what she does and instead enjoy a life of a proper noblewoman. And if on the other hand she fails, she at least will avoid the fate of growing old in poverty and seeing her family falling even further into infamy which she fears even more than dying.
Description
Description:
Elizabeth is a short young woman with blonde hair and green eyes that posses great beauty, but lets her smile do the first impression as she is too prideful to use her body as a barging chip. She does a great work of appearing vain and arrogant, at least more than she really is, along with demure and feminine depending on what the situation calls for to mask a cunning mind no one would expect from such a seemingly stereotypical future trophy wife and has often caught many people with their off-guard thanks to it. In her mind few people have any worth beyond being her tools, but those who she comes to cherish she treasures above everything else even if they wrong her as they are second only to her family and their needs in her heart. Despite still being bitter over what her parents did to their family she still loves, just like her younger sister.
She hates how low her family fell into poverty, but of course poverty is a subjective thing for nobles and common people, and as the former she still maintains her family's main mansion by "renting" all the other possessions her parents left her with to other nobles. Money from some of the businesses she successfully took over, selling rights to scavenge through those of her houses that fell to ruin or worse and the earlier mentioned "renting" allows her support herself, her sister and a small group of servants and guards for the mansion. While she saves most of the money for her sister's future she can't help but occasionally enjoy some expensive alcohol, especially whisky or wine.
Despite her love for her sister, she suffers from an inferiority complex towards her as everything Elizabeth had to work hard for Catherine attained easily, be it love of their parents, popularity, respect or magical talents. Her sister was born a sorceress, with magic of their mother coursing through her veins, while it took Elizabeth many years of failures in attempts to become a wizard until she stumbled upon a book that allowed her to communicate with another of their ancestor, this time from their father side. With a weird and alien ritual she summoned a White Owl that claimed to speak for their five time great-grandmother. The old stories passed on in her family say that she not only discovered a new path to arcane power but also became one with them. And if the being that communicates with her through her familiar is to believed, it is true. Some people question the source of her magic as it seems to follow no established classical school but she sees them as jealous of her unique abilities. Still, she can't help but have this nagging feeling that sometimes there's something off about her ancestor when they communicate.
Packing lightly for the expedition and left the mansion in the hands of her family's old butler. While not exactly ecstatic about the coming hardships and moving to another lodge away from her family, she is no strange to struggle and challenges and promised everyone back at home she will return with treasures like no other before.
