Gauntlet, Locked: This armored gauntlet has small chains and braces that allow the wearer to attach a weapon to the gauntlet so that it cannot be dropped easily. It provides a +10 bonus to your Combat Maneuver Defense to keep from being disarmed in combat. Removing a weapon from a locked gauntlet or attaching a weapon to a locked gauntlet is a full-round action that provokes attacks of opportunity. |

In combat I have to take a turn to switch to my sling, since my Axe is attached to it.

Ah, it's only +10 to CMD against Disarm (and probably Steal). Dirty Trick, Grapple, Bull Rush, Reposition, etc. aren't affected. The +10 should probably be put next to the item rather than in the slot it's in. Where it is, it could easily confuse the GM.
I'm not the final authority. Most situational bonuses are put in other places on the character sheet in my experience. I've dealt with a LOT of character sheets for Pathfinder, too. I'll leave the final decision to Fredrits.

No problem, that's what I do. I study rules so people don't get confused. I don't try to ENFORCE them in games that aren't mine, but I try to give people a heads-up.
