post that I was part of the crowd and got caught by surprise?
post that I wake up and head down to the common as was there during this?(or wait till after the fight to post this to not clutter it)
simply assume I'm still sleeping?

Note, I used two move actions so I could move 30’ (6 squares closer), unless we didn’t get a full round worth of actions.
