Okay Gods and Goddess
If you want one changed slightly or one added let me know. This is the major Parthenon of gods. There are many other devoted to smaller things, but I think I hit all the major concepts I wanted to cover. If you would like to know a bit more about one, I can work something out and post it. If not a lot of it is just a frame work to be filled in later. And while the gods/goddess are not inherently good or evil; they do personify or control things which may be viewed as evil. Also their followers tend to reword things to suit their needs. Most people have a pirmary one, and worship/pay homage to the others depending on the task at hand. If you were at a funeral you would make an offering to Karus. If starting a large journey pray to Nanev. And so on Karus-god of death and endings married to Criazom- goddess of life and starting They are assumed to have created everything including the other gods. A couple ancient legends and myths stat there was a good before them that died to give rise to these two. No current religion or recorded ancient religion has mention of this pre-god, but it reoccurs in folk tales and legends throughout the world. Their sons and daughters Kraen- god of strength, courage, and honor in combat. He is also credited with creating humans in his image. Looking for a people that embodied these concepts, many of his followers are arrogant over other races. They compare what humans have done in their short life span equals the so called eldar races. Because of this humans are clearly superior as they do not have to spend a lifetime mastering what the others do. Erotus- goddess of water. She is the patron creator of water in all its forms. Nanev-god of travel and generosity. Bards, traders and anyone who travels the open roads often give a donation to him at the start and end of a journey. Creanon-god of fire. He is the patron of fire in all of its forms. Sull-goddess of air. She is the patron of air in all of its forms. Adishon-goddess of sadness, betrayal, and fear. She is also the patron of things broken. Fanish-god of the forest, nature, and animals. He is also the patron saint of elves which he created in his image. Designed to be at harmony with nature, and be the masters of all things he gifted them with good health and long lives so they may study many subjects. Cekes-goddess of death and decay. The grim reaper of this world. Bakac-god of the earth. He is patron of earth in all of its forms. Koullax-god of the forge, work, and labor. He is patron to all of the laborers of the world no matter what their task is. If they work with their hands, he is the god who these people pray for. Drideu-goddess of love and happiness. Young lovers often pray to her, and marriage ceremonies are often done in her name. Vuryn-goddess of artisan, inspiration, and craftsmanship. She is the patron of the dwarfs. Made in her image, she gifted them with the ability to make the most wondrous things. Often prayed to by artist, poets, and musicians. Alopho- god of honor, loyalty, and truth. Bodyguards are often pledged to him. |

Okay here are the world in various forms. One is of the world blank. One is with political powers, and the last is with geographical features (woods, rivers, rain forest, desert). The top part of this map is uncovered. It represents a winter region. Very cold, and frozen for the majority of the year. At the higher parts it is permanently frozen.
On the left of the map is (above the compass) is a rain forest. I know the green is a little hard to see. The darkest green is woodlands, and the one green left is scrub land/plains. The brown is desert, and blue is water. A key for the cities and towns is coming. Right now you are in number 10 at the bottom of the map. |
