Also... I just looked at Half Plate, and unless it's some material that makes it lighter, it's a Heavy Armour. I was interested when I thought it was Medium, but now it's completely up for grabs.

I don't have power attack, nor is that the kind of build I'm looking at with Wisp. I'm stuck between dumping everything into eidolon related feats or working toward making Wisp more self-sufficient.

Not this level. Since summoners only have 6 levels of spells I don't have higher level spell slots to sacrifice. Right now the debate is between extra evolution, vigilant eidolon, improved initiative, and toughness.

If Frost and Wisp share initiative, then I'd say take that. Get two feats in one.

Metamagic is a pretty terrible idea for a caster who only gets 6 levels instead of 9, and fewer spells per day. Better to just buy the moderate rods of metamagic the moment you get the chance.

You could always take Spell focus (Conjuration). It's a neat little boost to things like grease and glitterdust if you have them, and even if not it's a step on the path to Augmented Summons, +4 to STR and CON of all summons rarely goes astray (note this does not affect your Eidolon under normal circumstances).

Otherwise, you have a full caster level, if your spellcraft is decent you could take Craft Wonderous items (If nobody else does I will eventually, but for the moment I'm working on something else)

If you want to go slightly more out of the box you could take "Martial Weapon Proficiency (Lance)" ready for when you can make Wisp large. But I get the feeling you're more of a traditional caster.

Improved Initiative + high DC Grease can be really embarrasing for your enemies as they slip and slide comically.

Expanded Arcana nets you a new spell if nothing else wets your whistle

I already took spell focus conjuration and augment summoning as my 1st/human bonus feats so that's taken care of already. Seemed kind of silly not to get them right off the bat when I could.

Expanded arcana is tempting since I'm torn between two spells and I don't get another 1st level spell until level 7. Actually because of that I think expanded arcana wins this round and solves my spell selection dilemma. Thanks Mystic.

I'd trust TheMystic when it comes to caster feats. There's a reason I play Rangers, Rogues, and Fighters.

Frost is the Eidolon. Wisp is the Summoner.
