House Rules On experience: I won't be awarding experience in the traditional sense. Instead each substantial game post will earn you 1% of the way to your next level, so a level up every 100 posts. In the event that there is a large discrepancy between players I reserve the right to make adjustments as I see fit. This is a trial system, and if it doesn't work we'll try something else On alignment: I'm not a fan of the 3-squared alignment system and we won't be using it. I think a character should act how they act. Does this mean that a Paladin's detect evil or other alignment dependent things will be useless? No, but it will be far more situational. Keep this in mind. On the Hero Point system: Full rules for the system can be found here. Additionally, since everybody did such a good job on their applications you all will be starting with an extra hero point On absences: If you're going to be gone for an extended period of time please let me know and I'll figure something out to do with your character. A few days to a week will see you just npc'd, by me or your fellow players, but longer than that will require a more long term solution. If you disappear without warning you will be dropped and a suitable replacement found, so don't do that please On anything else: Will be added as needed.
